Analysis And Countermeasure Of Current Development Situation Of Herbage Processing Enterprises In China

Herbage industry is a new industry in our country.It has developed very fast in recent years.It has played an active role in the adjustment of economic structure,the increase of farmers’and herdsmen’s income,and the ecological construction in rural and pastoral areas.However,due to the influence of objective factors such as nature and society and subjective factors of enterprises themselves,many problems need to be solved in the development process of pasture processing enterprises established throughout the country.Therefore,this paper mainly summarizes the current situation of pasture processing enterprises in China by means of literature review,field investigation and interviews,questionnaire and data analysis,finds out the bottom of pasture processing entrepreneurs,explores the existing problems,provides a strong basis for correct decision-making of processing enterprises,and further proposes the construction for their development from a professional point of view.Suggestions and countermeasures.Through investigation and research,the current situation of pasture processing enterprises in China is summarized as follows:① In recent years,the number of pasture processing enterprises in China has been growing steadily.By July 2018,the total number of surviving enterprises reached 3286.Before 2012,pasture processing enterprises in China grew slowly,and the number of enterprises showed a steady trend.After 2012,the number of enterprises showed a linear growth trend,and hundreds of pasture processing enterprises were registered and established every year.Gansu,Inner Mongolia and Hebei provinces(autonomous regions)were the main concentration areas of pasture processing enterprises,with the number of enterprises reaching more than 400;Shanghai,Hainan and other regional enterprises.Less industry.②Among the pasture processing enterprises,the single-type pasture processing enterprises mainly consist of commodity grass production are the most,but the comprehensive,grass-livestock combination and mechanical service-oriented enterprises are also growing up to meet the needs of agriculture and animal husbandry in various regions.More than 56%of these pasture processing enterprises are small and medium-sized enterprises with investment capital of less than 5 million RMB,and few leading enterprises.Diversification of enterprise forms and win-win development are the way for future pasture processing enterprises to develop.③Although the number of pasture processing enterprises in China is huge,there are many registered and surviving enterprises that do not have actual productivity,survive in the form of shell companies,or the production level of most enterprises can not meet expectations.In order to control the growth of zombie enterprises,relevant governments should introduce relevant policies and countermeasures.From the perspective of the types of grass products produced by enterprises,although still mainly based on bales,fermented grass products and other types of products are increasing year by year.The comprehensive quality of employees in enterprises does not match the needs of efficient industrial development,which is an important factor restricting industrial development.
