The Current Situation And Countermeasure Analysis Of Aquatic Products Processing Industry In Wangcheng District

Through the analysis of many literatures and the study of Chinese aquatic current situation, the paper summarized the feature and shortage of the industry. Then, this paper had a deeply research of these items:the present management situation of the Wangcheng district’s aquatic enterprises; the current situation of aquatic material production and supply; the problems of the aquatic processing and the quality control. Through this research, the paper summarized specific status of aquatic processing enterprises of Wangcheng district. Finally, the paper combined the advanced experience, with the investigation results, provided an achievable way to promote the industry’s development. These are some characteristic of Wangcheng district’s aquatic processing industry:first, there was still high range of rough processing; second, elaborate processing there were processing of instant fish and peals. And the problems were as follows:the lack of raw materials; the immature of processing skills; the imperfection of policy planning; the quality safety problems of both cultivation and processing; the problems of the processing enterprises’.With all these investigation results, this paper put forward some countermeasure:first, to speed up the aquatic industry cluster development, optimize the quantity and quality and improve the proportion deep-processing; Secondly, to enhance the standardized construction of the aquatic cultivation and processing enterprises; thirdly, to based on the construction of Changsha thyme aquatic corridor, promote upgrade industries; fourthly, to pay attention to innovative usage; finally, to improve the enterprises’human resources management work,etc.
