With the rapid development of China's economy and the rapid growth of enterprises,funding and technology are no longer the primary factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprises,talents become the core resources of competition among enterprises.Individual work performance will directly affect the performance of the whole enterprise.How to improve the performance of employees and keep them competitive is a concern of business managers.In the context of Chinese culture,relationships have penetrated into everyone's life,and the relationship phenomenon has become the core of Chinese management.As a product of Chinese culture,the relationship between the superior and the subordinate is a mixture of contractual relationship and identity relationship,which will affect the performance of employees.The behavior of employees will affects the relationship between the superior and the subordinate,which in turn affects the performance of the employees.Combined with the unique cultural background of China,this paper studies the influence of supervisor-subordinate guanxi and organizational citizenship behavior on job performance,and provides theoretical guidance for organizational management,so as to provide theoretical guidance for organizational management?The research is divided into two parts.The study one surveys the employees of Dongying City and Qingdao City in Shandong Province through the “Supervisor-Subordinate Guanxi Scale” “Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale” and “Work Performance Scale”.Analyze the data to understand the present situation and related relationships of the employees' supervisor-subordinate guanxi,organizational citizenship behavior and job performance.On the basis of study one,the research based on the influence mechanism of subordinate and subordinate relationship and work performance.The group of the screening subjects were divided into the experimental group and the control group through intervention,and the experimental group was intervened.The experimental group does not accept any processing.Through intervention activities,improve the relationship between employees and improve the performance of employees.According to the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Employees are at a medium level in the superiors and subordinates guanxi,and the organizational citizenship behavior and job performance at a upper-middle level.2.There are significant differences in demographic variables between employee superiorssubordinates guanxi,,organizational citizenship behavior and job performance.3.The superiors-subordinates guanxi has a positive impact on job performance.4.Organizational citizenship behavior plays a moderating role in superiors-subordinates guanxi and job performance.5.The self-edited group intervention program improves the employee's superiorssubordinates guanxi and improves employee performance.6.After the intervention,the superiors-subordinates guanxi and job performance between the experimental group in pre-test and its post-test and between the experimental group in post-test and the control group in post-test.7.After the intervention,there was no significant difference in the relationship between the superiors-subordinates guanxi and the performance of the work between the control group in pretest and the control group in post-test.Therefore,this research studies the influence mechanism of the superiors-subordinates guanxi,organizational citizenship behavior and job performance,and proposes management suggestions based on relevant conclusions.
