In Private Environmental protection Engineering Companies focused on projects,the performance cannot be improved much through the assessment of a single employer or a department.Instead,the contextual performance,emphasizing support and cooperation,is increasingly concerned among companies;the construction of an effective and proper management with related theories has become a hot issue.According to the theory of organizational citizenship behavior,we should attach more importance to effective coordination of team members and work groups than required conducts in the formal contract so that we can prevent employees from being out of their roles and build surroundings leading them to organizational citizenship behavior.Therefore,the present study can provide new theoretical supports for the exploration of building a high-efficient performance management.In the study,the questionnaire,correlation analysis and regression analysis are applied on the basis of the theory of organizational citizenship behavior in social psychology in the perspective of demography.First,on the foundation of a systematic retrospection on relevant studies home and abroad,the meaning of organizational citizenship behavior and its relationship with employer performance management,there is a hypothesis proposed.Second,with the hypothesis and the purpose of the study there was a questionnaire survey for employers In Private Environmental protection Engineering Companies(including the state-owned and the private)in terms of their current organizational citizenship behavior,influential factors and performance.Third,according to the results,the organizational citizenship behavior of employers in private and state-owned companies was assessed,with an account of their features and differences.The author analyzes the factors of the differences in the aspects of demography,career,organization and leadership.At last,there is a data-based interpretation of the different performance of employers with different organizational citizenship behavior,the correlations and the significance to improving the organizational performance of private companies,which demonstrates that personalities(demographic features)determine the organizational citizenship behavior in essence,and the position characteristics,atmosphere and conducts of leaders are also influential.It is observed that there is a positive correlation between the organizational citizenship behavior of employers and their performance.In the end,on the basis of the results,there are some suggestions for improvement of performance of employers in private environment-friendly engineering companies,including betterment of the construction of organizational culture,emphasis on cultivation and development of leadership of managers,scientific and proper performance management systems,enhancement of the assessment of the contextual performance(coordination),importance-attachment to the intellectual-employer-oriented assessment system containing organizational citizenship behavior,improved supervision of performance as guarantee of operation of the management system,establishment of a motivation system corresponding to the performance management.
