In recent years,the number of China's ex-servicemen has increased significantly,so the place of returning soldiers undoubtedly becomes the focus of social attention.The leading enterprises in many industries in China are all founded by veterans alone,while more veterans create or enter enterprises and become senior executives by means of career transfer and demobilization.Them because of their military experience is unique values and personality characteristics,all have loyalty,ntegrity,abide by the discipline,sacrifice personal interests,dedication above self-interest,as a result,executives with military experience will because more behave,not the pursuit of self-interest,financial statements is more precise,and have fewer auditing opinion purchasing behavior?This forms the research motivation of this paper.Domestic researches on higher-order theory have been increasingly enriched,and many in-depth empirical studies have emerged from senior executives' gender and age to various characteristics of senior executives' teams.However,there are few empirical studies on senior executives' military experience in China,and most of them focus on interviews or case studies.Chinese soldiers are numerous,can and it is necessary to use this special group of military executives large sample research analysis,after analysis on the buying behavior of audit opinion from the auditor change of listed companies,audit fees,audit aspects such as the degree of competition in the market and analysts tracking is analyzed,and on the executives' background characteristics influence the buying behavior of audit opinion for the company's research is very lack.Therefore,starting from the background characteristics of senior executives,this paper explores whether the values shaped by the experience of senior executives in the military will internally promote senior executives to consciously and voluntarily restrict their purchase of audit opinions.This article is based on the period 2011-2016 Shanghai a-share listed company data,deep two city as the research object,based on higher order theory and agency theory,from the perspective of auditor changes,reference Lennox(2000)the audit opinion purchase model audit opinion on financial statements and the relationship between executives military experience and empirical test,and further tested under different property attribute executives in the company serving the audit opinion to buy influence whether there is A difference.In this article,through multiple linear regression to the following conclusion:(1)executives with military experience,they will be put in the army acquisition prin-ciple of discipline and hard work and plain living style to company management,embodied in a disciplined,not the pursuit of self-interest,financial statements more accurately,so executives with military experience have fewer auditing opinion purchasing behavior,namely on the company's audit opinion negative influence buying behavior.(2)the absence of owners,salary control and the abuse of executive power have existed in China's state-owned enterprises for a long time.Taking the nature of equity as a moderating variable,this paper finds that under the institutional environment of China's state-owned enterprises,the negative effect of senior executives' military experience on the purchase of audit opinions will be significantly weakenedThe innovation and application value of this paper is:First theoretically based on higher-order theory,introducing the management to the character of military experience,explore executives by military experience shaped the personal values of the audit opinion to buy will have a negative effect,and the domestic research mainly concentrated to the executives of soldiers in interviews and qualitative research,there are few empirical research to the executives of soldiers,using big data regression method,this paper will explore the advancement of the executives in values inherent to encourage executives consciously to constraints on the buying behavior of auditing opinions,secondly in practice,for an enterprise to hiring managers standard provides a different direction,It has a positive guiding significance for enterprises in the decision-making of hiring veterans,provides the regulatory authorities with appropriate theoretical basis,and judges whether the enterprises are more likely to buy audit opinions from the perspective of the background characteristics of senior executives,focuses on the review,strengthens the supervision,and also provides the regulatory authorities with relevant basis for making policies.
