In recent years,with the rapid development of e-commerce,the emergence of new ecommerce modes such as B2 C,new retail and O2 O has promoted the transformation and upgrading of logistics industry.Intelligent,standardized,intensive and green logistics has become the development trend of the industry.Because of its intensive characteristics,as well as its advantages in cost,efficiency and service quality,warehousing and distribution integration mode has become the preferred mode for a large number of traditional logistics enterprises to innovate and operate.The close integration of warehousing and distribution can improve the timeliness of logistics operations and realize the fine integrated management of warehousing and distribution.Inventory management is the key link in warehouse management.Under the environment of uncertain demand,how to accurately predict future inventory demand and make up for the goods reasonably,avoid overstock or shortage of goods,and provide inventory guarantee for immediate distribution is one of the difficult problems to be solved urgently in inventory management.In the distribution management,the most important thing is to meet the customer's distribution needs within the time limit of distribution,and to save costs as much as possible.Therefore,the optimization of distribution vehicle routing has become the focus of research.Based on the above background,this paper studies inventory demand forecasting and distribution vehicle routing optimization.In the aspect of inventory demand forecasting,the influencing factors of inventory demand are analyzed,and the methods of inventory demand forecasting are deeply studied.According to the selection principle of inventory demand forecasting model,the method of constructing inventory demand forecasting model based on compressed sensing denoising-artificial intelligence(CSD-AI)is given.According to the characteristics of inventory demand problem,the least squares support vector regression machine(LSSVR)of artificial intelligence(AI)is selected to build CSD-LSSVR forecasting model;Summarizes the limitations of the model through practical examples,and uses adaptive fireworks algorithm(AFWA)to optimize its parameters,which improves the performance of the model algorithm;The example verifies that the improved model and algorithm can be applied to the inventory demand forecasting of such enterprises.In the aspect of vehicle routing optimization of distribution: the paper studies and analyses the constituent elements of vehicle routing problem of distribution,summarizes the solving methods of vehicle routing problem of distribution,establishes a cost-oriented vehicle routing optimization model with hard time windows based on the distribution characteristics of small and medium-sized warehousing and distribution integration enterprises,and chooses fireworks algorithm(FWA)according to the characteristics of the model and the excellent performance of FWA.The improved discretization method is used to solve the model;the performance of the algorithm needs to be strengthened by Solomon standard test examples;on the basis of analyzing the limitations of the algorithm,the quantum evolutionary algorithm(QEA)is selected to perform probability mutation operation on fireworks individuals,which improves the performance of the algorithm,and the effectiveness of the algorithm optimization is verified by test examples;at the same time,the actual case data is used to enter the algorithm.The validity of the proposed model and algorithm for the distribution vehicle routing optimization of small and medium-sized warehousing and distribution integration enterprises is also verified by the validity of the validity of the proposed model and algorithm.Combining with practical cases,this paper makes some preliminary research and Exploration on inventory demand forecasting and distribution vehicle routing optimization of small and medium-sized warehousing and distribution integrated enterprises,and studies the modeling and solving methods of these two problems,which provides ideas and methods to solve the problems in the process of development for such enterprises,and has reference value.
