Credit Risk Management In Export Collection Of API Enterprises

With the continuous development of the national economy and the gradual deepening of reform and opening up,the export business of China's foreign trade enterprises has achieved long-term development.At the same time,the whole country's export business is growing,and the export of small and medium-sized enterprises is also encouraged.China's export volume has been growing steadily.According to the report of Haitong Securities Research Institute,a window database,the national export volume has risen sharply from $151 billion in 1996 to $2.1 trillion in 2016.At the same time of rapid export growth,export enterprises which mainly collect remittances by telegraphic transfer have increasingly prominent credit risks in due remittances.After the goods are exported,there are various related problems such as the geographical distance between the two sides of the transaction,the difference of payment currency and so on.As a result,the export enterprises have certain credit risk of collecting foreign exchange after exporting the goods,that is,they can not receive the payment of the goods from the customers in accordance with the amount stipulated in the contract within the prescribed time.How to evaluate the credit situation of customers and control the credit risk of export receipt before business development is an important issue in the development of export trade enterprises.In the research process,through reading a large number of research literature,the research direction and research methods of the article are determined.At the same time,taking Beijing X International Trade Co.,Ltd.as a case company,taking the specific cases of credit risk of foreign exchange receivable and bad debts of X company as the research background,combining with the purchase situation of export credit insurance of X company,this paper introduces the current status of credit risk management of X company.Because X company has no effective credit risk management system in credit risk management,this paper hopes to establish an effective credit risk evaluation system for export receipts by selecting the existing financial and non-financial indicators of X company.The main research contents are as follows:By selecting the main financial and non-financial indicators that affect customer credit,after determining the relevant indicators,the main factors that have the strongest correlation with the evaluation indicators are found by factor analysis method,and then the principal components are proportionally allocated by principal component analysis.Finally,the proportion of each factor is calculated with the basic data of the original customer,so as to evaluate X.Company's existing customer credit risk situation.According to the customer credit risk situation,the corresponding credit policy and the corresponding measures after the occurrence of credit risk are formulated to ensure that the credit risk can be effectively controlled.This study is expected to have the following research significance:(1)On the theoretical level,through the research and analysis of 23 financial and non-financial indicators that affect customer credit,a set of credit risk evaluation system is established.It provides an effective theoretical basis for future research on credit risk assessment system.(2)At the practical level,this industry and other foreign trade enterprises in the actual export receipt,combined with the credit risk evaluation system of this study,carry out credit risk evaluation for enterprise customers,provide reliable customer credit situation for enterprises to carry out export trade business,thus reducing the probability of occurrence of enterprise credit risk and reducing the impact of export receipt credit risk on enterprises.
