China's domestic elevator market is the largest one in the world.As the golden link in the real estate industry chain,the domestic elevator market has a scale of 100 billion.From 2010 till now.the domestic elevator market has developed rapidly from Menkolo to hot.But then there will be fierce competition,industry development may appear a new situation,for household elevator enterprises,opportunities and challenges coexist.A Household Elevator Company is in the leading position in the industry,but it has not systematically studied the enterprise development and lacks guiding ideology for its long-term development.This paper studies the development strategy of A Household Elevator Company to help enterprises formulate strategies to achieve business expansion,increase market share,enhance competitiveness,maintain a dominant position in the market and achieve sustainable development in the long run.This paper uses PEST analysis method,Porter's "Five Forces" model,SWOT analysis method and IE matrix to analyze the company's macro-environment,industry environment and internal environment,and scoring internal and external factors.It finds out the market opportunities,threats,strengths and weaknesses faced by the company,and formulates the overall strategy and measures to guarantee it.The analysis results show that the external environment of the company is political stability,economic prosperity,social harmony and mature technology.Household elevator industry is developing rapidly.There are few competitors with the same or similar positioning in the industry.The company is in an oligopoly market.The customers have little choice,strong purchasing power,fewer substitutes,high barriers to entry,limited bargaining power of suppliers,better development opportunities and fewer threats.Inside the company,the market and financial conditions are good,the technology is mature,the service is perfect,the staff management is stable,and the comprehensive strength is strong.Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of A Household Elevator Company,combined with the actual situation,the strategic research is carried out.Propose vision,mission,quantify strategic objectives,including sales,profits,production,staff training and so on.The company should seize the opportunity,choose the development strategy as a whole,and expand the high-end elevator industry at home.Competitive strategy chooses low-cost strategy,reduces costs and prices,and wins more markets.Functional strategies include brand expansion,R&D technology,enriching marketing,strengthening after-sales maintenance,and updating information technology.Finally,it provides safeguards from the aspects of leadership,organization,culture and system.This research,through the research and formulation of the development strategy of A Household Elevator Company,explores a set of development strategy suitable for A Company,and plays a practical guiding role in its management.At the same time,through the analysis and application of strategic theory,we find out the basis for the development strategy formulation of household elevator enterprises similar to Company A,and provide reference for them.
