| Performance appraisal is the foundation and key link of human resource management.Whether its design is reasonable or not is related to the improvement of the overall performance of the enterprise and the realization of strategic objectives.Middle managers are the concrete executors in the implementation of enterprise strategy,and the core force to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.They play an irreplaceable important role in the development process of enterprises.The performance of middle managers has a very important influence on the realization of enterprise strategic goals.Only set up a match each other with enterprise development,middle manager performance appraisal system suited to the characteristics of the enterprise itself,to make scientific appraisal and evaluation on the middle managers,in order to promote and improve their work behavior,fully arouse the enthusiasm of their work,and better achieve individual and department goal,thus realize the goal of enterprise.In this paper,H company was selected for research.Starting from the performance appraisal theory,literature research and questionnaire survey were combined to optimize the performance appraisal system of middle managers in H company.In the construction of key index system of performance appraisal,by using key performance indicators(KPI)and balanced scorecard(BSC),the combination of quantitative and qualitative performance evaluation method,comprehensive quality and ability of middle-level managers to carry on the comprehensive evaluation,and applies the assessment results to various aspects of human resource management,strive to play the role of incentive and guide the middle managers,promote H company health benign and sustainable development.In this paper,the original middle performance appraisal system was optimized in accordance with the idea of "finding,analyzing and solving problems" and combining the development goals and actual situation of H company.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing and combing the current situation of performance appraisal of middle managers in H company,the performance appraisal system of middle managers in H company was investigated and analyzed in detail through questionnaires and face-to-face interviews,and deficiencies were pointed out.Then,the optimization purpose,principles and ideas were proposed,and the work framework and process of the performance appraisal system were clarified.Then,on the premise of following the standardized performance appraisal process,the middle managers’performance planning,performance implementation and guidance,performance assessment and evaluation,performance result feedback and appeal and application of performance results and other links were designed more scientifically and rationally,forming a complete performance appraisal cycle.Finally,it puts forward the safeguard measures that H company should take in system,organization,culture and training to ensure the effective operation of performance appraisal system.The research ideas and results of this paper can not only provide the basis for the performance appraisal of middle managers of H company,but also serve as a reference for other similar types of enterprise performance appraisal.Of course,there are still some deficiencies in the paper,which need to be further improved in the future work and research. |
