Beginning around 2012,“90s” began to enter the workplace.After several years of development,they have gradually become an important force in the workplace.However,due to the different birth and growth eras,the “90s” employees have changed a lot in terms of personality and pursuit compared to the traditional “70s”and “80s” employees.They are more advocating freedom,fun,and pursuing spiritual satisfaction.Therefore,organizations should pay more attention to the needs of these new generations,improve management methods,and improve their work performance.This is very meaningful for the future development of the organization.Many scholars at home and abroad have found that workplace fun can improve employees' work well-being and satisfaction,and it is also beneficial to their work performance improvement,and employee job satisfaction can also bring high job performance.However,at present,the leaders of many organizations in China still fail to understand the fun of the workplace.They believe that the fun of the workplace will make employees lose their lives and be unable to maintain a serious attitude towards their work,which will affect their performance and bring difficulties to organizational management.So treating workplace fun as an informal factor limits or even prohibits fun in the organization.Therefore,this paper takes "90s" employees as the research object,discusses the impact of workplace fun on job performance,and the impact of job satisfaction on this mechanism.First of all,this paper sorts out and summarizes the research results of scholars at home and abroad in this aspect,and puts forward the research hypothesis.Then,using questionnaire survey,198 valid questionnaires are collected,and the results of the questionnaire are verified and effective.Analysis of degree,correlation,regression,mediation,etc.,the following research results: workplace fun has a significant positive impact on job performance,workplace fun has a significant positive impact on job satisfaction,job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on job performance,job satisfaction has some mediating effects on the impact of workplace fun on job performance,that is,increasing workplace fun,helping to improve job satisfaction and job performance of“90s”employees,“90s”employees' improvement of job satisfaction also has a positive effect on improving the performance of the work.The organization can improve the job satisfaction of the“90s”employees by increasing the fun of the workplace,and thus improve their work performance.Finally,according to the vested research results,the managementsof the company should put forward relevant suggestions,such as protecting the spontaneous work of the“90s”employees,creating the official organization to a fun workplace,promoting the establishment of good relations within the organization,ensure fair income,and increasing "90s" employees' promotion or staff development opportunities,so as to improve their job satisfaction and job performance.
