As the increasing global competition, to win the core competitiveness, enterprises capability reform has increasingly become the focus of attention.The upgrade of enterprise capabilities due to large-scale, long cycle, extensive in scope and technical complexity, lurks huge risk in the process. With risk management we can effectively reduce and avoid the risk, ensure the smooth progress of the project according to the plan,in the economic, social and environmental benefits to obtain the expected.This paper refers to a large number of data, a systematic analysis and research on enterprise risk management capability improvement. Analysis and evaluation on the risk identification, risk measures, in detail, the usual methods of risk identification, analysis and evaluation are analyzed. This paper combined with the graphical analysis method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, aims at the deficiencies of the methods,considering fuzzy and information ability of enterprise upgrade risk uncertainty,proposed the risk identification and evaluation methods, and the concrete steps of the detailed research, studied the treatment measures of the risk response strategy and common risk factors. Finally, combining with the engineering example, the graphical analysis and fuzzy theory based on the empirical analysis.Research results show that the upgrade of enterprise capabilities, through the identification and assessment project faced and the probability of the scale and influence of the consequences, comprehensive evaluation of the risk level of the whole project,finally develop appropriate risk measures, to reduce the loss of the project, to achieve the project. Various methods of risk identification, analysis and evaluation of all of the advantages and disadvantages and the applicable scope, the risk strategy has respective adaptation. In practical engineering applications, according to the project situation, we can take appropriate identification, analysis and evaluation methods and reasonable measures.In the actual process, graphical analysis and fuzzy theory of the project risk management method can effectively identify, analyses various kinds of risks faced by the project evaluation based on the risk level, illustrates the application of the risk management method, qualitative and quantitative analysis can be performed better on the risk factors,can provide correct and for risk decision-making provide accurate information.
