Study On Risk Management Of Municipal Road Engineering Project In Fusui Economic Zone Of Nanning Airport

Fusui economic zone of Nanning airport is located in Nanning city and Chongzuo city"half an hour economic circle",is the China-ASEAN free trade area land road channel of the middle station,with the airport,high-speed rail,highway and other" six parts in one" traffic advantages.The economic zone has many functions such as production and processing,foreign trade,logistics and distribution,and airport service.In recent years,the economic zone has continuously promoted the municipal road construction of the park,further promoted the traffic location advantages of the park,and then driven the regional economic development.The implementation of the project has a positive significance for the economic cooperation and development between China and ASEAN under the background of "One Belt And One Road".However,municipal road engineering projects are affected by various factors in the construction,it can be said that the level of risk management of municipal road engineering projects directly determines the success or failure of the project.In this paper,based on project risk management theory,to Nanning airport and lifted his economic zone in the course of the construction of municipal road engineering project practice,USES the PEST environment analysis and identify the project WBS work breakdown structure method research of risk types,using analytic hierarchy process fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,the study found that:the contract risk,shorten the construction period and project funds shortage risk in the first three,the overall risk rating for the project"medium risk",among them,the greatest risk during construction,followed by other project risks,risks of preparation stage,completion acceptance phase of risk.Finally,this paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures to reduce the project risk according to the main risks in different stages,to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,and to provide more scientific management methods and reference for the domestic municipal project construction managers.
