Study On Risk Managemeng Related To China-Asean Nanning Airport Economic Zone Development

Airport economic zone development involves many elements,far-reaching impact on urban development.At present,the domestic and foreign airport economic zone related research mostly concentrates on the development strategy,the regional coordinated development,the industry(cluster)development,the spatial layout optimization,the management mechanism and so on.This paper takes the China-ASEAN Nanning Airport Economic Zone development as the research object,introduces the project risk management theory to carry on the system research,with a view to provide the local government with the airport economy zone development risk management theory basis and the decision reference.This paper starts from the present research situation at home and abroad,through the analysis,summarization and summarization of the present situation of airport economy zone's development and development mechanism,correlation influence,industry and spatial pattern,etc.,the author clarifies the main correlation influencing factors of airport economic zone development and The main content of the development,theoretically defined the airport economic zone development risk management research.Secondly,based on the project management theory,this paper analyzes the project characteristics of the airport economic zone development,and summarizes the concept,characteristics,connotation and main content of the project risk management,thus laying a theoretical foundation for the risk management of China-ASEAN Nanning Airport Economic Zone development project.In the end,the paper analyzes the project of China-ASEAN Nanning Airport Economic Zone with the theory of project management,and carries on the risk identification,risk assessment and risk coping to the project.The main risks of the project include decision-making risk,strategic risk,functional risk,layout risk,investment risk and management risk.By using expert evaluation method,the risk evaluation of this project is carried out,and the risk factors are ranked from high to low.Corresponding measures are put forward for different levels of risk,and theoretically proposed the main methods,contents and steps of risk management in China-ASEAN Nanning Airport Economic Zone are provided,which will provide the theoretical basis for the risk management of the project.Based on a lot of documents and materials,this paper makes a detailed review of the risk management theory of development projects in the Airport Economic Zone by using the methods of induction deduction,analysis synthesis and systematic theory.Combined with the development of China-ASEAN Nanning Airport Economic Zone,this paper analyzes the risk factors of the development of airport economic zone and puts forward the methods of risk identification,risk assessment and countermeasures of development projects in airport economic zone.This study enriches the application of project risk management in the development of airport economic zone to a certain extent,which is a useful attempt.
