Study On The Present Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Planting Professional Cooperatives

Guangxi is rich in traditional Chinese medicine resources,which promotes the boom of traditional Chinese medicine industry,and also promotes the development of traditional Chinese medicine planting professional cooperatives in Guangxi.On the basis of investigation and study on 81 traditional Chinese medicine planting professional cooperatives,we analyzed the development status quo of Chinese herbal medicine planting professional cooperatives in Guangxi region,and summarized the problems currently existing in these cooperatives,and the reasons affecting their development.Finally,corresponding development countermeasures were put forward for these existing problems.At present,the development of Chinese medicine professional cultivation cooperatives in Guangxi is characterized by the following features:1.the newly added number of Cooperatives has been declineing in recent years;2.The forms of Cooperatives are diversified;3.Professional and technical personnel is extremely lack;4.The production efficiency of most Cooperatives is negative;5.The advantage of local resources is obvious;6.Chinese medicine professional cultivation cooperatives in Guangxi have a good development momentum;7 Relevant government departments attach great importance to it.In terms of development effectiveness,The main manifestations are as follows:1.It is beneficial to promote the further innovation of agricultural management system;2.It can improve the competitiveness of farmers participating in the market and enhance the market position;3.It also accelerate the transfer of rural land and reduce the number of rural surplus labor force;4.It is helpful to promote the quality and brand construction of Chinese medicinal materials produced in Guangxi;5.It promoted the extension of the industrial chain of Chinese medicinal materials and increased the income of cooperatives;6.It also help to overcome the poverty and improve the rural development.The main problems encountered in the development of Guangxi traditional Chinese medicine cultivation professional cooperatives are as follows:1.the members' cultural quality is not enough,and the cooperation consciousness is relatively poor;2.Internal organization and management is loose,and the standardization in the development of-cooperatives is lack;3.The brand of local medicinal herbs is too silent,which lead to weak ability to participate in the market competition:;4.The development fund of cooperatives is insufficient and the scope of production and operation is limited;5.The self-construction of these cooperatives is insufficient and the ability is of lack to resist considerable risks;6.Lack of science and technology and talents to promote the scientific development of cooperatives;7.The legal and policy environment created by the government is deficient.The main reasons affecting the development of Guangxi traditional Chinese medicine planting professional cooperatives are as follows:1.The level of ideological enlightenment,and education and training received by farmers is not enough;2.The organization structure of these cooperatives is not complete,and the management system is not perfect;3.The quality control of medicinal materials in cooperatives is not strict,and the marketing methods are backward;4.The use of internal funds in cooperatives is unreasonable and the introduction of foreign funds is not smooth;5.Cooperatives are used to the old ideas of production and operation and lack of innovation to help development;6.The positioning of government functions is not clear and the actual implementation is not thorough.In view of the problems existing in the development of professional cooperatives for the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicinal materials in Guangxi,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward as follows:Firstly,we should pay close attention to the cultivation of cooperative members and enhance the strength of cooperatives;Second,cooperatives should improve their organizational structure and improve their management system;Third,cooperatives should promote the standardized production of medicinal materials and take the road of brand development;Fourth,cooperatives need to strengthen their internal fund management and expand channels to gather external funds;Fifth,it is necessary to take the road of union to reduce the development risk of cooperatives;Sixth,it's crucial to actively introduce science and technology,and reasonably introduce professional talents;Seventh,the government of Guangxi should optimize the support methods and increase the support for the traditional Chinese medicine planting professional cooperatives.
