Study On Space Difference Of Economic Growth Quality In Shandong Province

For a long time,relying on the extensive development model,the Chinese economy has made great progress and quickly became the world’s second largest economy.However,the backwardness of the development concept has led to serious environmental pollution problems and a slow increase in the quality of economic growth.The report of the 19 th National Congress pointed out that China’s economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a high-quality development stage,and is in the process of transforming the development mode,optimizing the economic structure,and transforming the growth momentum.Therefore,it is extremely urgent to change the mode of economic growth and improve the quality of economic growth.The difference in regional economic growth has always been the focus of coordinated research and development in the academic community.With the development of the economic growth quality concept,studying the spatial differences in regional economic growth quality to promote regional coordination,green,sustainable development has become a new research hotspot of regional economy.Based on the preliminary discussion of the theory of regional economic growth quality,this paper constructs a “super-efficiency” model from the perspective of green efficiency to measure the total factor productivity of Shandong Province and various cities to measure the economic growth quality of Shandong.The result value in the utilization of economic growth can be measured with the help of ArcGIS software platform,generating economic growth in ShanDong Province quality spatial pattern of figure,the thorough analysis of shanDong province quality character and mechanism of spatial difference of economic growth.Finally,using the spatial econometric analysis model empirical analysis on the factors influencing the quality of economic growth in ShanDong Province.This study provides empirical examples for the high quality and coordinated development of regional economy in ShanDong Province.The main findings of this paper show that: First,the quality of economic growth in ShanDong Province fluctuations rise on the whole,and the change in green total factor productivity is basically in sync with technological progress.It also confirmed that technological progress is the main factor influencing the quality of economic growth in ShanDong Province.Second,the overall economic growth quality of Shandong Province is higher in the eastern peninsula than in the western region,and higher in the north than in the south.Third,since the quality of economic growth in ShanDong Province has significant spatial autocorrelation,showing a clustering development trend centered on the provincial capital JiNan and QingDao.Fourth,by decomposing the spatial differences in the quality of economic growth in Shandong Province,the inter-regional differences are the main source of spatial differences in the quality of economic growth in Shandong Province.Fifth,using the Spatial Dubin model to test the economic growth quality of Shandong Province,it is found that the high-tech industry agglomeration and regional innovation quality are the main factors affecting the regional green total factor productivity,and promote the green total factor productivity improvement through direct effects and indirect effects.
