Study On The Cultivation Mechanism Of New Kinetic Energy Of Agriculture In Shandong Province

With the structural reform of the supply side,the strategic deployment of rural revitalization,and the new vitality of agriculture,the new kinetic energy has brought development opportunities to the agricultural and rural areas,which has effectively stimulated the development of agriculture and rural areas.In 2018,Shandong Province was approved as a national-level new and old kinetic energy conversion comprehensive experimental zone.According to the “Shandong Province New and Old Kinetic Energy Conversion Major Project Implementation Plan”,the transformation of new and old kinetic energy of agriculture has become the basis for the development of modern and efficient agriculture.In recent years,the new agricultural kinetic energy of Shandong Province has been developing continuously,and the positive effects on the healthy development of agriculture and rural areas have gradually become prominent,bringing vitality and opportunities for rural development.However,Shandong Province,as a large agricultural province,is hardly called a strong agricultural province,and agricultural development still exists insufficient power,the development of new agricultural kinetic energy faces many new challenges,how to cope with these challenges,seize opportunities,and continue to stimulate the potential of new kinetic energy in agriculture has become the key to agricultural and rural development.Practice has proved that only by cultivating new agricultural kinetic energy,agricultural development will be successfully transformed and upgraded,and rural prosperity and development will become a reality.Therefore,the research on the cultivation mechanism of new agricultural kinetic energy is of great significance for promoting the transformation of new and old kinetic energy and promoting the development of modern agriculture.Based on the relevant theories of modern agriculture,new kinetic energy and agricultural economic development,this paper explores the development status of new agricultural kinetic energy in Shandong Province by analyzing the development level of it and the problems faced by the cultivation of new agricultural kinetic energy in Shandong Province.In view of the existing practical problems,this paper proposes a series of countermeasures and suggestions for the development of new kinetic energy,such as strengthen financial support and the efficiency of capital utilization,increase the introduction and encouragement of agricultural talents,accelerate technological progress and innovation,consolidate infrastructure,strengthen financial support and improve the insurance system to promote agriculture in Shandong Province.The research is divided into seven parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,significance and review of related research at home and abroad,and gives a brief introduction to the research ideas and methods.The second part is the basic concept and characteristics of modern agriculture.The concept and characteristics of agricultural new kinetic energy and the dynamic theory of agricultural economic development are briefly introduced to provide a basis for discussing the agricultural new kinetic energy cultivation mechanism in Shandong Province.The third part is the analysis of the status quo and existing problems of agricultural new kinetic energy development in Shandong Province.Through the data analysis of farmers' disposable income,agricultural and forestry water expenditure,agricultural capital investment,agricultural mechanization level,agricultural science and technology investment,and rural infrastructure in Shandong Province from 2013 to 2017,the paper summarizes the new agricultural development existing problems in Shandong Province;the fourth part is the analysis of the development level of new agricultural kinetic energy in Shandong Province.Through the construction of the new agricultural kinetic energy index to measure the development level of new agricultural kinetic energy in Shandong Province at the present stage;the fifth part is the analysis of the mechanism of agricultural new kinetic energy cultivation in Shandong Province.Eleven variables were selected and the effects of variables on new agricultural kinetic energy were verified by regression analysis.Based on the regression analysis,the causal loop of agricultural new kinetic energy cultivation was drawn by system dynamics,and the mechanism of agricultural new kinetic energy cultivation in Shandong Province was further explored.Part of it is the research on the mechanism and countermeasures of agricultural new kinetic energy cultivation in Shandong Province;the seventh part is the summary of the full text and the prospect of future research,and expounds the shortcomings in this paper.
