Since its accession to the WTO at the turn of the century,the comparative advantage rapidly decrease of grain production,grain imports has become an important measures to make up for the gap between supply and demand of grain in China,part of the periodic surplus and shortage of grain varieties grown and at the same time,the production cost is higher,because our country food industry international competitiveness is low,accelerated the pace of international food dealer to enter the Chinese market.Therefore,in the increasingly fierce competition in the food market environment,we should through the development of China's food enterprises,improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the international market,maintain the market position of China's food enterprises,to ensure China's food security.In this paper,under the background of supply-side structural reform,the current situation of China's grain supply and demand is analyzed.China's grain supply and demand in the next few years are predicted by establishing the ARIMA model,combined with empirical research conclusions,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of China's grain import and export enterprises;Finally,on the basis of supplyside structural reform,according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical research conclusions,taking COFCO group as an example,this paper puts forward specific measures for China's grain import and export from the perspectives of grain import and export,which provides guidance for solving the problems in grain import and export,avoiding the widening gap between China's grain supply and demand,and stabilizing grain supply and demand.
