The large-scale e-commerce warehouse distribution center is a large-scale integration center integrating storage and distribution.With the rapid development of e-commerce,the warehouse center needs to respond quickly to customer orders,which requires the warehouse center to have a high inventory accuracy.The inventory is the check whether the accounts are consistent,and the problems are adjusted in time to ensure the basic operation of the inventory accuracy.Due to the small size,variety,large demand,frequent storage and other characteristics,the large warehouse distribution center has increased the task of inventory,and the current inventory management has a large randomness,which makes inventory efficiency low and inventory accuracy low.The difference rate is higher.This paper takes Q company's large-scale e-commerce warehouse allocation center as an example.Based on the analysis of the problems in inventory management,the optimization and improvement of the warehouse allocation center inventory management from the following three aspects:Firstly,For the single inventory method,the problem of large inventory tasks.Comprehensively consider the factors such as the deduction rate,inventory difference rate,and inventory loss rate,and use the improved ABC classification method to classify each area in the warehouse and propose a suitable inventory method according to the different characteristics of each area.Secondly,For the inventory tool-drift basket,there is no fixed position in the warehouse and the quantity distribution is not balanced,which makes the inventory efficiency low.According to the comprehensive difference rate,the number of lanes and the floor space of each area in the warehouse,the number model of the drift basket is constructed,and the current layout characteristics of the warehouse are fully considered,and the position of the drift frame is set.Thirdly,Inventory repayment is an important part of inventory management,and it is an important guarantee for timely adjustment of differences.In view of the current randomness of the restocking method in the warehouse distribution center and the lack of scientific basis,under the inspiration of the order batching idea,cluster analysis of different commodities based on the similarity coefficient of the roadway,constructing a batch return model,using the greedy algorithm The model is solved in MATLAB,and the simulation model is built in the FlexSim simulation software to simulate the whole process of inventory counting to verify the practicability of the model.This paper optimizes and improves the inventory management of Q company's large-scale e-commerce warehouse distribution center,thereby improving the efficiency of inventory operations,ensuring inventory accuracy,reducing the difference rate,and improving the inventory management level of the warehouse distribution center.It has a strong practical significance for the inventory management of large warehouse allocation centers.
