In recent years, with the more and more rapid development of China’se-commerce industry, the demand of electricity supplier logistics also will continue toimprove. But the traditional mode of its distribution center logistics’ operationsmanual workload, manual handling and artificial selection inefficient, error rate andso on, can not meet the characteristics of multi-category and small quantities ofcommerce logistics, so we urgent need to adopt e-commerce logistics system ofintelligent, automated key technology systems, enhance the ability of e-commercelogistics business sectors. This paper mainly for e-commerce distribution centerpicking efficiency and cost issues currently rapid development, developed adistribution center for electricity providers AGV warehouse handling equipment,improve warehouse flexibility and acheive the mode of operation from a cargoautomation to people. Papers from the Application Mode of the logistics transportvehicle(AGV) for E-commerce distribution center, put forward the overall functionalstructure of the AGV. The details are as follows:First,This paper describes the application status and technology research of AGVcar, based on this analysis of application mode of the logistic transport vehicle(AGV)for E-commerce distribution center, presents the functional requirements ofwarehouse handling AGV and overall design of the logistics transport vehicle(AGV)for E-commerce distribution center as to the functional requirements and technicalrequirements in AGV,including gear train structure, frame structure, driven steeringstructure, lifting mechanism and slewing mechanism and so on, what’s more,According to the parameters required for the AGV car, the mator are selected and thepower of battery were computed.Second,On the basis of AGV driven structure, do the kinematics analysis for thetype of differential steering AGV and calculation of the minimum turning radius,Verify thethe feasibility of differential steering, and propose AGV motion controlscheme.Finally,the paper major study the navigation and positioning servo controlsystem solutions of warehouse handling AGV. AGV’s navigation mainly usesmulti-sensor fusion position mode for inertial navigation technology-based andsupplemented by visual navigation positioning, multi-sensor fusion is proposed tolocate the program, and conducted further research; AGV servo control system usesno brushed DC servo motor and put forward a single AGV wheels incremental PID control strategy, and conduct in-depth research.
