| Continuous cost reduction is always the top priority for manufacturing enterprises.According to the cost structure analysis,the cost of raw materials accounts for 60-70%of the total cost.And supplier management is one of the main means of raw material cost control.Therefore,how to continuously reduce the cost of B company through the continuous improvement of supplier management has become one of the core issues in the development of B company.Firstly,this paper puts forward the necessity of continuous improvement of supplier management in B company,and by using Fish bone Diagram analysis,points out that there are some problems in supplier management,such as inconsistency between supplier management and procurement organization,supplier information management,supplier development,supplier evaluation,supplier performance appraisal,supplier relationship management,etc.On the basis of identifying these problems,the paper puts forward the core measures of supplier evaluation and assessment management from many aspects,including the complete optimization of procurement organization,the improvement of supplier management system and the classification of suppliers by A-B-C classification method,and the improvement of suppliers through perfect supplier evaluation and assessment management.The evaluation method carries out in-depth evaluation,establishes partnerships with suppliers to enhance the degree of supply chain coordination,and optimizes the multi-process of supplier management on the basis of the above.This paper believes that through the overall improvement of supplier management,B company’s supplier management will be improved in many aspects,including technology,cost,procurement speed,product supply and quality. |
