Agriculture has occupied an important position in human production since ancient times. It is not only our " mother industry " but also an indispensable foundation for the development of the national economy. As a large and populous province of agriculture, the development of rural economy not only affects the living standards of rural residents, but also has a close relationship with the country's food security issues. The increasingly prominent issue of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" has attracted much attention. How to promote rural economic development and increase farmers' income has become a topic of increasing concern to the party and the government. In recent years,Henan Province has paid more and more attention to the development of the primary industry and gradually expanded its investment in agricultural production. It has also achieved results, and has improved the living standard of rural residents, but it still cannot change the income level of rural residents in Henan Province.Still below the national average. The main reason for this phenomenon is that the Henan provincial government's investment in agricultural capital still needs to be improved, and it is still difficult for farmers to make agricultural loans. However,to a certain extent, agricultural loans can stimulate domestic demand and promote rural residents to increase income. Therefore, measures are taken to reduce the difficulty of rural residents in agricultural loans, and rural residents have sufficient funds for agricultural production and agricultural investment, which is bound to stimulate the development of rural economy. Therefore,in view of this phenomenon, this paper uses empirical knowledge of econometrics and EViews 7.2 software to conduct empirical research on agricultural loans and farmers' income in Henan Province.Judging from the current domestic literature, most experts and scholars are mainly from the perspective of rural finance to analyze the relationship between income and farmers' income, but specifically to study the relationship between agricultural loans and farmers' income.Still less. Therefore, this article studies the impact of agricultural loans on farmers' income.Based on relevant theories of experts and scholars on the impact of agricultural loans on farmers' income,we collected and consolidated agricultural loans and farmers' income since the reform and opening up in Henan Province to 38 years in 2015.The relevant data, first of all, analyzes and processes the collected data, and uses graphs and comparisons to describe the overallsituation of Henan's agricultural loans and farmers' income. This shows that Henan's agricultural loans can promote the growth of farmers' income. Then, using econometrics related knowledge and EViews 7.2 software, the VAR model,Johansen cointegration test,Granger causality test, impulse response, and variance decomposition were used to organize the completed agricultural loans and farmers' income data.Henan agricultural loans can promote the growth of farmers' income. Finally, based on the reality of the difficulties of rural residents in Henan, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of rural credit support for rural residents' income increase, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Through empirical research,it can be concluded that there is a long-term and stable co-integration relationship between the agricultural loans of Henan Province and the income of rural residents during the period from reform and opening up to 38 years of 2015,which means that the increase in the amount of agricultural loans in Henan Province can promote rural areas. The growth of residents' income. Therefore,Henan Province should promote the development of rural economy in Henan province and increase the income of peasants from the aspects such as increasing the intensity of agricultural loans and improving the structure of agricultural loans.
