Research On Development Potential And Development Strategies Of Facility Agriculture In Different Economic Locations

Facility agriculture is the vanguard in the process of agricultural modernization,constantly promoting the transformation and upgrading of agriculture and the pace of agricultural modernization.The economic development levels of various cities in Henan province are different,and the development status of facility agriculture is also inconsistent.This paper select Zhongmou county,a typical city representative of urban agricultural area,and Luyi county,a typical city representative of traditional agricultural area,as the research area to compare the development status of facility agriculture in the two areas.On this basis,the evaluation system of the development potential of facility agriculture is constructed,and the evaluation of the development potential of facility agriculture is studied.According to this,the author puts forward the development orientation and strategy of Zhongmou county and Luyi county.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Comparing the development status of facility agriculture in Zhongmou county and Luyi county by means of field research and remote sensing,it is found that the production and operation modes of facility agriculture in the two research areas are mostly scattered and small-scale family operation modes.There are many problems such as older age,lower education level,and more types of labor force in facility agriculture.The management intention of facility agriculture is not strong;the investment and income of facility agriculture are generally low;The guarantee measures of facility agriculture development are not perfect and so on.The difference of the present situation reflects that Zhongmou county facility agriculture is not as rich as Luyi county in terms of land resources and labor resources,but Zhongmou county is more perfect than Luyi county in facility agriculture market.(2)According to the principles of purposefulness,scientificity,comprehensiveness and ecological protection,17 indicators are selected from five aspects,namely market demand,product supply capacity,production conditions support,resource endowment and ecological constraint,to construct the development potential evaluation system of facility agriculture.Analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive evaluation method are used to evaluate the development potential of facility agriculture in the research area.The results show that the development of facility agriculture in Zhongmou county and Luyi county belongs to strong potential level.(3)The last,this paper makes the development orientation and strategy of facility agriculture based on the local conditions of the research area.Zhongmou county facilities for agricultural development orientation and strategy is:to meet the needs of city agricultural product quantity of the facilities on the basis of developing city boutique facilities agriculture,organic agriculture and urban rural sightseeing agriculture infrastructure,strengthen the infrastructure of agricultural land intensive utilization,on the basis of the protection of the environment to meet part of the urban population of the demand for high quality food and entertainment,the demand of return to the rural,urban high quality facilities for agriculture model.Luyi county facility agriculture development orientation and strategy is:based on the sustainable development of facilities agriculture,in the case of meet the domestic demand,the development scale of agricultural facilities,development with local characteristics of facilities agricultural products,agricultural products brand,sets up the facility facility agriculture industrialization development,extending agriculture industry chain,to strengthen the construction of infrastructure facilities,is a country characteristic agricultural facilities agriculture pattern.In addition,measures should be taken to improve the guarantee of the development of facility agriculture,such as the government's subsidy policy for facility agriculture,scientific and technological research and development,training of new management personnel,and construction of market service system of facility agriculture.
