The vast majority of the world’s vineyards located in North Latitude 20 degrees to 52 degrees south latitude and 30 degrees to 45 degrees in the area,the distribution rate accounted for most of the northern hemisphere.From the point of view of the growing conditions of the grape crops,it is mostly distributed in the areas of drought and sunshine.In our country,grape planting is mainly distributed in the arid and semi-arid areas of the above range.Wuhai is a typical representative of the western city of Inner Mongolia and is located in the arid area.The region has a unique geographical advantage and good climate conditions for the planting of grapes.Therefore,the grape industry in this area is the main local industry,and it has an important traction effect on promoting the local economic development and improving the living standard.The grape planting in Wuhai has a history of decades,and the grape industry has also become the leading industry in the local agriculture.Along with the application of grape varieties and new technology and the improvement of planting effect,grape industry in Wuhai is developing towards large-scale and industrialization.The grape industry in Wuhai has made great progress in production,storage,sale and deep processing.However,in the development process of grape industrialization,there are still many problems to be solved.The development of the grape industry is limited,such as insufficient investment,low level of single production,unreasonable structure of variety,unmatched technical facilities and lack of effective management.This makes us realize that there is a significant gap between the development of the Wuhai grape industry and the developed countries as well as the advanced regions.Therefore,the main purpose of this paper is on the development of Wuhai grape industry problems in the systematic analysis,find the bottleneck of the development of grape industry,focusing on the development of Wuhai grape industry put forward constructive measures and rational planning for the sustainable development of science of Wuhai grape industry.Based on a detailed understanding of the development status of grape industry in Wuhai,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the development of grape industry and the main problems existing in the current industrial development,so as to put forward new strategies for the development of grape industry in Wuhai.Besides,realizing grape industrialization can not only increase farmers’ income,but also play an important role in promoting agricultural efficiency,adjusting agricultural economic structure and building a new socialist countryside.Moreover,it is of great significance to realize the industrialization of grapes for the development of the grape industry in Wuhai and to improve the international competitiveness of the industry.The contents of this paper are as follows:The research method of this paper is to search the relevant literature,mainly through the library and network electronic database to find the literature.Then combing the relevant basic concepts and all kinds of theories which are familiar with the industrialization of grapes.After that,the development of the grape industry in Wuhai,Inner Mongolia was investigated and investigated.Through the analysis of the industrial development strategy theory and combining the current situation of the development of grape industry in Wuhai city of Inner Mongolia,analysis of the factors influencing the development of grape industry in Wuhai city and the main problems,and makes an empirical analysis using the SWOT method,clear the current development of Inner Mongolia grape industry in Wuhai City,the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges.Finally,based on the current situation of the development of grape industry in Inner Mongolia of Wuhai City Industrial Development Strategy with the combination of theory,proposed the development of grape industry in Wuhai city of Inner Mongolia new strategic content strategic objectives,tasks,and specific planning,and mainly focus on three aspects of Taxation,land and Industry put forward specific policy recommendations for the development of grape industry Inner Mongolia City,Wuhai.
