Research On The Development Of Sports Lottery Culture In Hubei Province

In 1994,Chinese Sports Lottery was officially issued in China and gradually embarked on the road of standardized development.For more than 20 years,China Sports Lottery has supported many national strategies such as national fitness,national poverty alleviation,national education,and football development,and has made important contributions to China’s sports and public welfare undertakings.Since its official release in Hubei Province in 1997,Chinese Sports Lottery has always adhered to the publishing tenet of "coming to the people,using the people" and the core concept of "public welfare sports lottery,happy life".Since its establishment 22 years ago,Hubei Sports Lottery Management Center has established a relatively complete sports lottery sales management system,formed a sports lottery sales market,and explored a road for the development of sports lottery with Hubei characteristics,forming a "Hubei Sports Lottery Model".With the expansion of sports lottery sales in Hubei Province,the sports lottery culture with the core values of socialism has also been widely spread.The continuous improvement of national cultural literacy and spiritual culture also puts higher demands on the sports lottery culture.However,the current awareness of sports lottery in Hubei Province is still stuck in betting and redemption,and little attention has been paid to the cultural construction of sports lottery.Establishing a comprehensive understanding of sports connotation and sports lottery culture,and creating lottery cultural activities that people like to see and enjoy,is of great significance to the healthy and sustainable development of sports lottery in Hubei Province.This paper comprehensively uses literature analysis method,field investigation method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods.On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the previous theoretical and practical research,combined with the actual situation of sports lottery culture in Hubei Province,this paper combs the development history of Hubei Sports Lottery.This paper expounds the current development status of sports lottery culture in Hubei Province at the level of material culture,system culture and spiritual culture.It analyzes the problems facing the current development of sports lottery culture in Hubei Province.Based on the advanced experience of lottery culture development at home and abroad,the development strategy of sports lottery culture in Hubei Province was put forward,and the research conclusions of this paper were formed.This paper takes the Hubei sports lottery culture as the research object.The full text is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,which focuses on the background and basic research of the thesis.The second part is the related concepts,theoretical research and literature review of sports lottery and Hubei sports lottery culture.The third part is the development status of sports lottery culture in Hubei Province.It mainly introduces the material culture level of sports lottery in Hubei Province,the cultural level of sports lottery system and the cultural development status of sports lottery spirit culture.The fourth part analyzes the problems faced in the development process of Hubei sports lottery culture.The fifth part analyzes the strategy of Hubei sports lottery culture for the problems raised in the fourth part.The sixth part is the conclusion of the full text.
