With the increasing consumption of resources,the future development of resource-based cities has become a world problem.After a long period of extensive development,many resource-based cities in China have accumulated problems for decades.The transformation of resource-based cities in Northeast China is the most severe,facing the greatest pressure of optimization and transformation.How to successfully realize the transformation and development of resource-based cities is a test of the old industrial base in Northeast China,which is based on resources.As a well-known magnesia resource-based city in China,Dashiqiao City,Yingkou City,Liaoning Province,has developed for nearly a hundred years with the magnesia mineral industry as the dominant industry.At present,it is in the middle stage of industrial development and has a dominant position in the magnesia refractory industry.However,the problems of single industrial structure and extensive management are increasingly apparent.The spontaneous and blind development of resource-based industries has brought about unreasonable spatial distribution of urban industries,confused distribution of industrial land and other types of land,serious environmental pollution and low added value of products,which have seriously affected the sustainable development of regional economy,society,ecological environment and many other aspects.Taking Dashiqiao as the research object,this paper forecasts the development trend of industrial structure by summarizing and analyzing the related research on industrial structure and industrial spatial layout of resource-based cities at home and abroad,and uses ESDA spatial analysis method to analyze the existing problems of industrial layout,which provides a scientific basis for the adjustment of industrial structure and the optimization of spatial layout,and also for the industry of resource-based cities in the period of industrial prosperity.Sustainable development provides new ideas and methods.This paper mainly consists of six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,mainly introducing the background and significance of the study.This chapter summarizes the related research progress at home and abroad by analyzing the research background of macro,meso and micro levels,and puts forward the research purpose,significance and methods.The second chapter summarizes the relevant theories and experience of industrial spatial distribution in resource-based cities.This paper mainly introduces the basic theory of industrial development and industrial spatial layout of resource-based cities,reveals the evolution law of industrial structure of resource-based cities,and analyses the excellent cases of industrial structure upgrading and industrial spatial layout.Chapter three analyses the current situation of industrial development and the main problems of spatial distribution in Dashiqiao City.Based on the industrial development data of Dashiqiao City in the past ten years,the industrial structure prediction model is established,and the future development goals of the city are predicted according to the industrial structure prediction model.ESDA spatial data is used to analyze the spatial distribution of Enterprises above the present scale in Dashiqiao City.Through the analysis of neighborhood,nuclear density and local autocorrelation,the problems and industries in the spatial distribution of urban industry are analyzed.The correlation degree between them is analyzed,which provides a scientific basis for the optimization of industrial spatial layout.Chapter four puts forward the development strategy of industrial spatial layout.The input-output model is used to optimize the industrial structure of Dashiqiao City,and the principle of industrial space adjustment is put forward.The fifth chapter carries on the industrial spatial layout optimization.Through the study of industrial structure upgrading and industrial development mechanism,based on the industry analysis of partial autocorrelation in ESDA,the adjustment and optimization of urban industrial spatial layout at macro and micro levels are carried out.The sixth chapter is the summary and Prospect of the research.The conclusions and shortcomings of the study are put forward in order to provide a reference scheme for industrial spatial layout of resource-based cities and enrich the theory and practice of optimization of industrial spatial layout of resource-based cities.
