The polarization between the rich and the poor is a worldwide development problem.Narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor and even eliminating poverty is not only a difficult problem that the Chinese government has been committed to solving for many years,but also a common challenge faced by many countries and regions in the world.In the past,the "blood transfusion" method of financial transfer payment was used to alleviate poverty in order to eliminate or alleviate poverty,which had the characteristics of quick effect,short duration and easy return to poverty,but could not eliminate poverty from the root cause.At present,the adoption of financial poverty alleviation(such as insurance poverty alleviation)has a good effect on fundamentally eliminating the root causes of poverty,because in the context of market economy,insurance has the function of helping people avoid losses and reduce risks.Based on this,insurance poverty alleviation has become an important starting point for poverty-stricken areas to get rid of poverty and become rich.It is also an external driving force for the transformation from "blood transfusion" poverty alleviation to "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation,and plays an irreplaceable role in preventing and reducing the risks in the process of poverty alleviation.This study starts with the realistic background of poverty alleviation through insurance in xiangxi and focuses on the mechanism of poverty alleviation for farmers in rural areas.First of all,from the perspective of the mechanism of poverty alleviation through insurance,on the one hand,before the occurrence of agricultural risks,farmers should pay premiums to insurance companies to reduce their disposable income.The impact of pre-disaster effect on farmers' income is mainly realized through the impact on agricultural output,while the impact of pre-disaster effect on agricultural output.On the other hand,when agricultural risks occur,the insurance company will compensate the affected farmers according to the proportion of losses.After the farmers receive the insurance compensation,they can use it to buy agricultural means of production for the next production cycle,so as to increase future agricultural output,and the change of output will further affect farmers' income.Secondly,starting from the market operation mechanism,policy guarantee mechanism,innovation mechanism of insurance poverty alleviation products and risk supervision mechanism,this paper expounds the mechanism of insurance industry to promote poverty alleviation.Through about insurance booster poverty alleviation at home and abroad for reference,the research results,combined with the Suggestions for insurance for poverty alleviation and poverty,choose some typical insurance poverty villages,USES the questionnaire survey,interviews and other ways to collect villages of income structure,the type of poverty,analysis influence Suggestions for the cause of the poor peasant households to poverty as well as the influence factors of farmers' willingness toparticipate in the insurance,parse these factors,the research conclusion to a certain extent,can be applied to other areas in poverty alleviation financial driver with insurance.The empirical study shows that: firstly,rural household demographic variables have an impact on the willingness to buy insurance products: rural residents have a stronger willingness to demand insurance products than non-rural residents;Women are more likely than men to buy insurance products;There was a significant positive correlation between age and residents' demand intention for insurance products.There was a negative correlation between education level and explained variables.Secondly,the economic level of rural residents has an impact on the willingness to buy insurance products: with the increase of the average annual income of families,they are more able to buy insurance products;There is a positive correlation between farmers' land ownership and insurance product demand intention.Finally,the insurance cognition of rural residents has an impact on their willingness to purchase insurance products:farmers who have already bought insurance products are more willing to buy insurance products again;The more the farmers know about the local government's poverty alleviation projects,the more they tend to face risks with the government's policy insurance,so they are less willing to buy commercial insurance products.Finally,it puts forward the approaches of helping the insurance industry to alleviate poverty.First of all,the insurance industry should be clear to promote poverty alleviation ideas.First,unify the thought to raise the understanding,carries out the insurance poverty alleviation strategy;Second,the state poverty alleviation mechanism;Third,construct new rural cooperative system platform;Fourth,different functions of government.Secondly,it puts forward an effective way for insurance industry to promote poverty alleviation.First,the use of insurance investment funds to promote industrial poverty alleviation;Second,we will accelerate innovation in insurance and poverty alleviation products,and promote poverty alleviation through illness insurance,small personal insurance and small loan guarantee insurance.Third,we will reduce or exempt self-paid premiums for policy-related agricultural insurance,reduce insurance claims,and promote poverty alleviation through agricultural insurance and housing insurance.Fourth,the use of insurance poverty alleviation funds,full coverage to help poverty alleviation;Fifth,strengthen cooperation,establish a diversified poverty alleviation operation system,and increase the effectiveness of poverty alleviation.
