Informal entrepreneurship refers to entrepreneurial activities that are implemented in the informal economy.Because it helps increase employment opportunities and increase economic income,it has become an effective way to alleviate poverty in China. The embedding theory holds that individual behavior is deeply embedded in the social background in which he lives.Entrepreneurship activities must be affected by the economic and social background of the entrepreneur. However,in the past, most of the scholars at home and abroad started to research on informal entrepreneurial behaviors from the macro level, and they paid less attention to the influencing factors and the mechanism of informal entrepreneurial behaviors in poverty-stricken areas in China. In view of this phenomenon, the study explored the mechanism and effect of the entrepreneurial environment on the informal entrepreneurial behavior in the poverty-stricken areas of China from the macro-institutional environment, the meso-conceptual social network, and micro-human capital based on the embedded theory. This study first reviews the emergence and development of the embedded theory, constructs the theoretical framework of entrepreneurial embedding, and reviews domestic and international research on the impact of institutional environment, social networks, and human capital on entrepreneurial behavior. On this basis, this paper starts with the embedded theory, combines the purpose and content of research, and creates the theoretical framework of institutional environment, social network, and human capital impact on informal entrepreneurial behaviors in poverty areas from three dimensions, and proposes relevant research hypotheses. Then, the paper uses descriptive statistics to reveal the characteristics of the institutional environment, social network and human capital embedded in informal entrepreneurship in poor areas, and makes an empirical test of hypothesis through binary logistic regression. Results show that the corporate tax burden in the macro-institutional environment has a significant positive impact on the informal entrepreneurial behavior in poverty-stricken areas;the government administrative management and the legal environment of corporate management have a significant negative impact on the informal entrepreneurial behavior in poverty-stricken areas..The network scale, network strength, network density and spatial proximity in the middle-view social network have a significant positive impact on the informal entrepreneurial behavior inpoverty-stricken areas;while the entrepreneurial experience of network members has a positive impact on the informal entrepreneurial.Behavior in poverty-stricken areas, but not significant;network heterogeneity has a negative impact on informal entrepreneurial behavior in poor areas, but it is not significant. The academic qualifications in micro-human capital have a significant negative impact on informal entrepreneurial behavior in poverty-stricken areas;work experience, industry experience and entrepreneurial experience have a significant positive impact on informal entrepreneurial behavior in poor areas;management experience and entrepreneurial failure experience are both poor Regional informal entrepreneurial behavior has a positive impact but is not significant. This study is theoretically helpful to further analyze the uniqueness of the entrepreneurial environment in China's impoverished areas, and to solve the "black box" of informal environmental "environmental-behavioral" in poverty-stricken areas in China, and to enrich the achievements of entrepreneurial research in China's poverty-stricken areas;on the other hand,The research on the factors and mechanisms affecting the informal entrepreneurial behaviors in China's poverty-stricken areas will help provide guidance for the optimization of the entrepreneurial environment in the poverty-stricken areas in China, and promote the development of informal entrepreneurship in the poverty-stricken areas and the timely and regular transition.
