| The transformation of economic development mode must focus on the micro main enterprises,only enterprises achieve high-quality development can truly promote the transformation of economic growth mode.Entrepreneurs are the final decision-maker of enterprise strategy,the integrator of production factors and the important innovator in the process of operation,and determine the future development direction of enterprises.However,some behaviors of individual entrepreneurs are not randomly generated.Influenced by their own accumulated relationship network,such relationship network constitutes the unique social capital of entrepreneurs.Social capital holders can realize the transformation from resources to capabilities through entrepreneurship,and finally achieve high-quality development.At the same time,the business activities of enterprises are inseparable from their own institutional environment,whether enterprises achieve high-quality development is closely related to the institutional environment.Based on this,this paper analyzes the impact of social capital on the high quality development of enterprises from the perspective of entrepreneurs.The following questions are mainly explored :(1)what is the impact of entrepreneurial social capital on the high-quality development of enterprises? What are the influencing mechanisms?(2)Can entrepreneurial social capital promote high-quality development of enterprises by fostering entrepreneurship?(3)What changes will be caused by differences in institutional environment,ownership nature and size of enterprises?In order to solve the above problems,this paper divides entrepreneur social capital into entrepreneur commercial social capital,institutional social capital and technological social capital,explores its impact on the high-quality development of enterprises,and analyzes the intermediary role of entrepreneurship and the regulation role of institutional environment.Combined with the normative research method,this paper puts forward nine research hypotheses,and takes the manufacturing enterprises listed in A-share market from 2015 to2019 as the research sample.The results show that:(1)Entrepreneurial business social capital,institutional social capital and technological social capital have a positive impact on the high-quality development of enterprises;(2)Entrepreneurship plays a partial intermediary role in the relationship between entrepreneurial institutional social capital and high quality development of enterprises,while there is a masking effect between entrepreneurial technological social capital and high quality development of enterprises;(3)The better the institutional environment the firm is in,the stronger the negative impact of entrepreneurial institutional social capital and commercial social capital on the high-quality development of the firm;(4)There is heterogeneity between the nature of enterprise ownership and the size of enterprise in "entrepreneur social capital--high-quality development of enterprise".This study enriches the theory of social capital and entrepreneurship and provides valuable ideas for improving the high-quality development of enterprises. |
