Research On Business Model Optimization Of XY Technology Business Incubator

With the upsurge of "mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation" escalating,technology business incubator has gradually become the focus of social attention,and the research on business model of technology business incubator has been paid more attention.In order to solve the problem of sustainable development of technology business incubator,its management should not only stay at the operational level,but also rise to the height of the whole business model.In 2017,the joint construction agreement between XY technology business incubator and the Management Committee of the Development Zone expires.In view of the situation that the incubator has not realized its own profit,has not been closely integrated with the regional industrial economy,and lacks of internal team management and public service level,the management committee has put forward higher construction requirements for XY technology business incubator.Based on the business model and value chain of technology business incubator,referring to the research results at home and abroad,this paper explores and constructs the general model and value flow of business model for technology business incubator,and defines the general model of business model of technology business incubator.The evolution process of business model of XY technology business incubator is analyzed,and the elements of its current integrated service model are analyzed in depth.In view of the problems faced by XY technology business incubator at present,this paper combines the experiences and practices of incubator business model in advanced regions in China,and puts forward some suggestions on building an eco-driven business model and building a differentiation strategy.Through re-positioning the target customer group,strengthening the function of investment and financing services,optimizing the organizational structure and income composition,the paper puts forward some concrete measures.The implementation of the business model optimization,and the new business model of internal and external safeguards have made specific recommendations.
