As promotion agencies of industrialization of science&technology and theadvanced form of technology innovation, business incubator has experienced20yearsdevelopment in our country, a lot of practice has proved it is positive and hassignificant role on hatching cultivate technology-based small and medium-sizedenterprises, creating jobs, promoting the transformation of scientific andtechnological achievements, accelerating industrial structure adjustment, promotinglocal economic development, perfecting the innovation service system and so on. Inour country, especially in the northeast old industrial area, with the rapid economicand social development, business incubator became an effective form oftransformation and upgrading of industry, science and technology innovation anddevelopment. At the same time, as a new form of social organization, businessincubator’s operating mode are also constantly changing and presents the marketgradually, enterprise, network trend. below mode is the most acceptable in theory andpractice that the incubators from the public nature of government turns to profit forthe purpose of enterprise management, the incubator company system has beendeveloped rapidly in recent years. But at the same time, the incubator of economicorganizations in the process of operation system for the market from the institutionof structural adjustment is not going smoothly due to theregional economicenvironment, enterprise management, enterprise personnelquality and other problems, especially business strategic ambiguity, main operatingmode unclear, the appropriate profit strategy unclear.Although business incubator management company of CETDZ Changchun hasobtained certain achievements relying on the management committee of CETDZChangchun in enterprise operation, but there are still some issues need to be solved such as enterprise development imbalances and services limited to surface form,lacking the ability to link with the integration of social resources, enterprisedevelopment strategy is not clear. This article tries to use the related theories ofenterprise management and knowledge to analyze the current situation of theenterprise, and financing mode, profit mode for incubators management company,main management indicators such as the innovation mode selection, design,straighten out the enterprise management strategy, thus foster strengths andcircumvent weaknesses, solve the bottleneck of enterprise management, the role ofsustainable development.This paper focuses on the following aspects: firstly is the enterprise financingmode, given financing suggestion according to the construction background andconditions of incubator management company, meanwhile put forward thecorresponding suggestions for financing incubating object based on the theory of lifecycle of financing method; Secondly discussed the enterprise profit model, raised aconcept of science and technology estate operators, as well as put the technicalplatform service income as a key profit channel opinions; in addition analyzed anddesigned the technology innovation management system in enterprise and theincubated enterprises screening and graduation mechanism. Finally puts forwardsome suggestions for measuring to guarantee the smooth implementation of the mainoperating mode. Hope this paper can provide some theoretical basis and practicalreference through this study to business incubator of CETDZ.
