A Study On The Problems And Countermeasures About Pesticides Exports In China

In 2017,the domestic export amount of pesticides was increased by 20% compared with the same period last year in China,and the amount of trade exports was close to $6.8 billion.The export quantity reached 1.47 million tons and increased close to 7%.The export quantity and amount account for overall import and export quantity and amount 97% and 94%respectively.Pesticides import and export have stopped the downward trend in continuous 2years.Not only import quantity and amount are all increased,but also import and export amount growth rate is quicker than import and export quantity,it is good trend.From the overall point of view,the growth rate of pesticide import and export is above the average value of all imports and exports,exceeding the overall growth rate of 4.4%.But pesticide import and export trade amount only accounted for 0.025% of total exports of goods.The object of this study is the problem and Countermeasure of pesticide export in China.By studying the development level and current situation of pesticide export in China,we will find out the problem of pesticide export in China.Through the research on the development level and current situation of China's pesticide export,this paper explores the method of improving and dealing with the problems,so as to make the export countermeasures more pertinent and effective,so as to enhance the trade competitiveness of China's pesticide enterprises.The first chapter is the introduction,introducing the research background and significance,research ideas and methods,combing the research status at home and abroad.The second chapter is the overview of relevant theories,mainly for the relevant concepts,trade theory,competition theory and other content are reviewed.The third chapter is to analyze the current situation of China's pesticide export,including the development of domestic pesticide industry,the type and varieties of pesticide export,as well as the country and region.Chapter 4 through empirical analysis,analyzes the problems existing in the export of Chinese pesticides,and expounds the shortcomings of Chinese pesticides in quality,brand,innovation,market management and market expansion.The fifth chapter puts forward thesolutions to the problems existing in the China's pesticide export,respectively,from the aspects of improving the quality,enhancing the core competitiveness of the brand,strengthening the innovation ability of the pesticide enterprises,improving the export market management level and market expanding ability.The last part is the conclusion and the problems should be solved further.It is found that the problems of pesticide export at present mainly lie in the following five aspects: product quality,brand construction,innovation ability,internal management of enterprises and external expansion of market.Around these problems,some countermeasures are presented.The first is China pesticide enterprises should improve product quality,optimize and improve the production and processing technology of pesticide products,production process,enhance the efficacy of pesticide products.The second is China pesticide enterprises should improve brand consciousness,build the advantaged Chinese pesticide brand,enterprise managers should have a positive awareness to adjust,to have a larger pattern,wider horizons,to have higher requirements for product quality,so as to lay the foundation for the development of pesticide brand image.Training for practitioners in the industry to make them consciously maintain corporate brand image.Do a good job of positive publicity and reporting.Brand promotion is based on customer satisfaction and loyalty.The third suggestion is China pesticide enterprises should strengthen the innovation ability of Chinese pesticide enterprises,increase the investment of scientific research funds,and through increasing the investment of scientific research funds to promote the innovation ability of domestic pesticide enterprises.China pesticide enterprises should optimize the industrial structure and layout,establish new alliances for technological innovation,enhance the overall development capacity and service level through regional alliances,and conduct in-depth cooperation in the form of joint investment,resource sharing,vertical alliance,complementary advantages,benefit sharing and risk sharing.The fourth research proposal is China pesticide enterprises should enhance export management level.Strengthen the publicity of laws and regulations on pesticide export,strengthen the team of construction of industry managers,strengthen industry training,standardize business practices,intensify investigation and punishment,severely punish illegal activities,strengthen department cooperation,and standardize the management level of pesticide export market.The last suggestion is Chinapesticide enterprises should improve market expansion pattern,base on using current expanding ways,enterprises should explore the new demand of old customer.And China pesticide enterprises should also use some new expanding patterns like new media,we-media to expand the market,China pesticide enterprises also can rely on the advantage of overseas distributor to expand market.
