Research On Pesticide Use Behavior Of Vegetable Growers In Huizhou City

Relying on superior geographical location and quality of water and soil resources, Huizhou has gradually developed into the largest vegetable base in the country for Hong Kong and Macao. As the Pearl River Delta and Hong Kong and Macao regions, "food basket", the agricultural product quality safety is directly related to more than 50 million people living in the area, but also affect the long-term development of Huizhou city agriculture and farmers' income. But in recent years the problem of pesticide residues in vegetables, vegetables can be heard without end food safety accidents frequently reported by the media. The decentralization of agricultural production has brought great challenges to the supervision of agricultural management department. This study aims to through of Huizhou City vegetable growers of field research, from the micro level analysis of vegetable growers of drug use behavior, government management of food safety problems and difficulties, to explore the effective mechanism of the food safety management has positive effect.In this study, the existing research results were sorted out, and it was considered that the farmer's medication behavior included the purchase of pesticides, the use of pesticides, the experience of the use of pesticides and other processes. Therefore, this study will use behavior of Huizhou City Vegetable Growers points for plant protection cognition, procurement of pesticides, pesticide use and other stakeholders in view of four parts, and the formation of scale in Huizhou area of empirical research. This research used the questionnaire distributed access and recovery mode, 357 valid questionnaires were collected, through the related data statistics, analysis of drug use behavior of Huizhou city vegetable growers.The research conclusions are as follows:(1) engaged in plant production in Huizhou city farmers with older age, low education level, agricultural production level is not high;(2) the majority of farmers on the basic characteristics and the negative effects of pesticides caused by pesticides, such as environmental pollution, pesticide residue, human toxicity, causing crops such injury is poorly understood, the behavior of drug basic does not consider the negative effect of drugs, pesticides;(3) the majority of farmers use manual Yaoxie farmers do not purchase motorized equipment, advanced the main reason is the small scale of planting;(4) drug use behavior of farmers is "Limited rationality", only rely on the farmers themselves plant protection can not guarantee agricultural production "three security";(5) farmers because of their own condition limit, driven in the pursuit of maximizing the interests of rational, buy in pesticide and pesticide Use and residual pesticide treatment process there are different degrees of problems, either do not care to buy medicine when the note, or spraying process is not standardized, or for the treatment of residual pesticides more casual, namely vegetable drug use behaviors exist universal security, the cognition about pesticides, use and operation of the remains to be further improved. According to the Huizhou city vegetable growers use behavior problems, this research based on foreign management experience, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions:(1) to further improve the agricultural pollution monitoring system, efforts to enhance the use of pesticides;(2) big data, Internet plus, excessive use of pesticides control technology innovation means(3 Huizhou City plant protection technology) to promote social service development.
