Research On The Temperature-controlled Quality Risk Management Of Cold Chain Medicine Logistics

As is known to all,medicine is a special commodity.The quality of drugs is related to the health and safety of patients.Adverse events have occurred frequently in recent years,especially the quality problems caused by the temperature chain breaking of cold chain Medicine in circulation.Therefore,ensuring the whole process of cold chain logistics is very urgent and must be solved immediately.The core of the quality management of the cold chain medicine logistics is the "temperature" management in the process of storage and transportation.The risk is the risk of temperature out of control.The effective way is the establishment of a scientific,effective,safe and quality controlled cold chain medical logistics quality risk management system is to ensure that the whole chain link of the cold chain medicine logistics is not "broken chain".Under this background,this paper studies the quality risk management of cold chain medicine logistics,and hopes to explore the method of effective management and control of the quality risk of cold chain process.There are many kinds of tools for quality risk management.There are qualitative analysis of risk and quantitative analysis of risk.In this paper,an improved quality risk management model is proposed in combination with their characteristics.It is constructed by a qualitative HACCP(hazard analysis and critical control point)method and FMEA(failure mode and effect analysis)method with quantitative characteristics.By using the theory research method and empirical research method,this paper conducts the quality risk assessment to the cold chain medicine logistics process,make the corrective and preventive action to the risk point,and reviews the risk after taking the action,and confirms the effectiveness of the risk control.This paper also applies the cold chain medicine logistics quality risk management model to carry out empirical research,which can effectively identify and control the risks in cold chain logistics links.The results of this study have a strong theoretical significance and practical value.The advantage is the model own the good point of another tool.It is reference for cold chain medicine logistics enterprises and government medicine supervision and management departments to carry out cold chain quality risk management.
