With economic globalization,the fast changing market,enterprises face more complex market environment,flexible and fast it is particularly important to make high quality decisions.This process cannot be separated from the manager's sharp vision and determination,however,employees as the main body of organization mission,has a more profound insights on enterprise operation process,puts forward some effective to the problems existing in the organization of views and Suggestions.Therefore,fully absorb the employee comments to the improvement of quality of group decision making with the role of employee voice allow to ignore.Although employee voice is very important,but in the organization,dare to put forward their own ideas and Suggestions to higher management subordinates are few and far between,many employees clearly aware that there are some defects in organization operation,they wouldn't even dare not communicate with superior leadership and feedback the problem to supervisor,but often visible as in the fairy tale “the emperor's new clothes” silent phenomenon.At the same time,in the China enterprise,deeply influenced by the traditional Confucian doctrine of the employees in the face of adverse environmental organizations often adopt a tolerant and silent attitude,resulting in suggestions the benefits of not really get to play.In order to solve this problem,the domestic and foreign scholars from leadership style,organizational climate and personality traits such as perspective effect on employees' suggestions,which the domestic scholar Qiao-ling Wang,Ling-hong Kong(2010),the study found that the leadership style and employee value concept has significant predict effect to employee Suggestions.In addition,in terms of characteristics and nature of recommendations,Rui Li,Wen-quan Ling,Shi-shun Liu(2009)research suggests that employees are more sensitive to negative leadership behavior.About employee advice before research mainly focused on the influence of positive leadership behavior,About the negative leadership behavior research on employee voice is relatively scarce.Based on this,Through qualitative and quantitative analysis,this paper tries to explore the inner mechanism of abusive management and employees' Suggestions from the perspective of employee's work alienation,in order to further enrich and perfect the related theory,on the other hand,through the deep understanding negative leadership behavior and the inner mechanism of the advice behavior between the two staff to guide the organization and staff to take corresponding measures to prevent or control the behavior caused by the adverse effects,improve employee advice will and self-efficacy,and to enable an organization to discover the problems in the process of organization operation,promote the competitiveness of the enterprise.
