Now enterprises are facing increasingly fierce market competition and turbulent environment.It’s not enough to depend only on the management team to solve the problems, more and moreorganizations begin to realize the importance of employee voice behavior. However, the employee voicebehavior in reality is not satisfactory, leadership behavior is one of the important factors. We selectedtypical abusive supervision in negative leadership behavior as an antecedent variable and explores therelationship between abusive supervision and voice behavior. Then through employee cynicism andemployee tradition to further explore the internal mechanism of them. The main conclusions are asfollows:Firstly, abusive supervision has negative impact on voice behavior and it has negative impact onprohibitive voice behavior and promotive voice behavior.Secondly, employee cynicism has part mediating effect between abusive supervision andemployee voice behavior; Employee cynicism has part mediating effect between abusive supervision andprohibitive voice behavior; Employee cynicism has part mediating effect between abusive supervision andpromotive voice behavior.Thirdly, employee tradition negatively moderates the relationship of abusive supervision andemployee cynicism. The interaction of abusive supervision and employee tradition impact voice behaviorthrough mediating effect of employee cynicism, reflects mediated regulation.Fourthly, Demographic characteristics such as gender, age, marital status, education, workingyears and working years with superior don’t have impact on employee cynicism and voice behavior. but position is positively related with employee cynicism and it is not related with voice behavior.
