The behavior of making words is very important for the development of the enterprise,but in fact many employees have no tendency to make a statement.One of the most important factors is the abusive management in leadership behavior.In this context,this paper focuses on the internal mechanism of the impact of abusive management on employee behavior,and explores and verifies the intermediary role of organizational identity.Based on the collation of existing literature,this study is based on social exchange theory,individual-environment matching theory and social information processing theory,and clarifies the research route of this paper and proposes corresponding research hypotheses.Using the questionnaire survey method,230 valid questionnaire data were obtained,and the reliability and validity of the scale required for the study were tested by the alpha coefficient method and the Bartlett spheroid method.The stratified regression method was used to test the mediating role of organizational identity and colleagues' suggestions.The regulation of behavior.The results of empirical investigations show that:(1)the leadership's abuse behavior has a significant negative impact on employee behavior;(2)the leadership's abuse behavior has a significant negative impact on employee organization identification;(3)organizational identity as abusive The intermediary variables between management and advocacy behaviors play a partial intermediary role in the relationship between them;(4)Colleagues' behaviors play a negative role in regulating the relationship between abusive management and employee behavior.The management inspiration is obtained from the research results:(1)The organization needs to strengthen the daily supervision and timely prevention of the negative leadership style,so that managers can fully understand the harm of the negative leadership style;(2)the organization needs to strengthen the concern for employees' self-perception,Correctly understand the importance of employees for organizational development;(3)Organizations need to create a good atmosphere for building words and build a sound organizational culture.The innovations of this research are as follows:(1)Most of the existing researches on employee behaviors are based on the characteristics of employees and the positive leadership style.However,in fact,the negative leadership style of managers has more obvious influence on employee behaviors.Taking the management of abusive management as the starting point,it provides a new perspective for the reasons for employees' behaviors.(2)From the perspective of employee self-perception,this paper explores the internal mechanism of the influence of abusive management on employee behavior,and analyzes the evidence that organizational identity is insulting.(3)Taking into account the influence of other factors in the organization other than managers and employees on the employee's suggestions,verifying and analyzing the behavior of colleagues' suggestions for abusive management and advocacy The relationship between them plays a regulatory role.
