Industrial poverty alleviation is an important way to promote poverty alleviation.The quality of industrial projects directly affects the effectiveness of poverty alleviation.In recent years,the strategy of rural revitalization has been put forward,as well as the reform of "three changes" in rural poor areas,and the integration of the three industries.This is a higher demand for poverty alleviation projects.At present,the industrial poverty alleviation has achieved remarkable poverty alleviation effect.However,it still faces the dilemma of inaccurate positioning of industrial projects,difficult selection of projects,short industrial chain,poor sustainability.In order to overcome these difficulties,it is necessary to evaluate the value of industrial poverty alleviation projects in a long-term perspective,various uncertain risks and investment flexibility.This will help to identify the advantages and disadvantages of poverty alleviation projects,and improve the efficiency of the use of poverty alleviation funds.This paper introduces the method of fuzzy compound real option.The shortcomings of traditional investment decision-making methods are overcome by combining the theory of fuzzy mathematics,the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the method of compound real option.So we can study the value of industrial poverty alleviation projects and make corresponding investment decisions.Through the following points,we can realize the application research of fuzzy compound real options in the field of industrial poverty alleviation project investment.Firstly,we study the investment operation mechanism of poverty alleviation industrial projects,which has the characteristics of multi-subject,high risk and multi-stage.The applicability of fuzzy compound real options is analyzed.Secondly,the uncertainty and real option types of industrial poverty alleviation projects are identified.We construct the evaluation system of project control degree,and the application framework of fuzzy compound real options.Thirdly,we take the tea deep processing industry of poverty alleviation project as an example.By using fuzzy compound real option method,we can conduct empirical analysis and make further investment decisions.Finally,we can draw some conclusions.Compared with traditional investment decision,the analysis and evaluation of fuzzy compound real option are more practical and have stronger applicability in industrial poverty alleviation projects.It helps to enhance the scientificity of investment decisions.At the same time,the method has some shortcomings,such as objectivity and the choice of multi industry projects.
