In recent years,China's economy from a high speed to medium-high-speed.Major changes have taken place in the way of economic development and economic structure.It is particularly important to concerned with the role of innovation during the transition period,in order to achieve the development goals in new era.The state encourages innovation and enterprises insist on innovation has become the criterion,innovative talents have also become the urgent needs of enterprises.In the process of stimulating employee innovation,employee policies development and implementation has become a universally motivational technique.From the content point of view,the formulation and implementation of talent policy can really play a positive role in improving individual innovation performance.However,if employees cannot effectively perceive the talent policy,the policy cannot be effectively implemented.It will lead to a difference between the government's expectation and actual effect,and eventually impact of the policy result.The existence of human capital abilities is the reason for the differences in perceptions of talent policies among different employees.For these analysis,this study takes the perception of talent policy as the independent variable,human capital as the intermediary variable,and the innovation performance as the dependent variable to conduct research to arouse the attention of the perspective of talent policy.According to the research theme,this paper uses literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods to carry out research.During course of the questionnaire survey,this study used 221 employees as a sample to study the impact of talent policy perception on employee innovation performance and the intermediary role of human capital.Research indicates:(1)Employees' perception of talent policy is significantly positively related to their human capital.(2)Employees' talent policy perception has a significant positive effect on innovation performance.(3)Human capital has a significant positive effect on employee innovation performance.(4)Human capital shows a partial intermediary role between employee talent policy perception and innovation performance.
