The advent of the economic globalization and the information era, the enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition, enterprises want a slice of the world market share, they must build their own core competitiveness.With the in-depth study of human capital,more and more enterprises turns their focus on specific human capital, hopes that through increasing specific human capital to achieve the purpose of improving organizational performance. Under this background, this paper identifies the research topic, the special human capital as independent variable; innovation performance as the dependent variable, and depending on the scale of innovation into radical innovation performance and incremental innovation performance; introduction of high involvement work system as a moderating variable, and select representative four dimensions: extensive training, contingent compensation, and information sharing and team work. Depending on the collection of three variables related literature, constructes the theoretical model and hypotheses. Through the telated website and paper questionnaire to collect data, using SPSS 19.0 to make empirical analysis.The purpose is to delve into special human capital on innovation performance influence mechanism, and put forward the reasonable suggestion on the practice of human resource management.Through the empirical analysis, this study draw the following conclusions:(1) the special human capital and radical innovation performance and incremental innovation performance was significant positive correlation;(2) high involvement work system and four dimensions play a positive effect on the two dimensions of innovation performance;(3) the four dimensions of high involvement work system play a positive role in between the special human capital and innovation performance.There are two innovations of this study:(1) radical innovation performance and incremental innovation performance were used to study the relationship with the specific human capital;(2) high involvement work system was introduced in the empirical analysis,so that to verify the effect of between specific human capital and innovation performance.In this paper, based on research findings, we put forward the targeted management implications: first, enterprises should develop enterprise-specific human capital through various channels; second, enterprises implement high involvement work system, develop extensive training, contingency compensation, information sharing, work team and other human resource management practices.
