Research On The Characteristics Of Entrepreneurs In High Quality Seed Period

Since the implementation of the national policy of “mass entrepreneurship and innovation”,a large number of start-up companies have been born,which has also spawned the prosperity of venture capital.With the bleak investment results handed over by venture capital institutions,venture capital is undergoing a process of returning from irrationality to rationality.Compared with the growth and maturity stages,the seed stage project has not been started substantially in many cases.The judgment on whether the project can operate well in the future depends more on the judgment of the founding team.Therefore,the investment in the seed period is more about “people”,that is,the founding team,which is the stage to truly test whether the investment institution has the ability to invest in value.The rise and prosperity of investment institutions in the seed period will increase the success rate of entrepreneurship,promote the development of innovation,and have a favorable impact on China's innovation and entrepreneurship.It has far-reaching significance for promoting China's model innovation and scientific and technological progress.This paper analyzes and summarizes the models of excellent seed investment incubators at home and abroad,sorts out the characteristics of the founding team they selected,and then refines the traits to obtain the common characteristics that excellent entrepreneurs need.And based on their investment incubation mechanism,we have optimized a set of investment incubation process that is more suitable for the seed stage entrepreneurs in China,and selected entrepreneurs with this common trait.At the same time,combined with my work practice,this method is used in the practice of investment incubation,to verify whether the success rate of selected entrepreneurs with these characteristics can be improved,to determine whether the next round of investment is the criterion for success.According to the statistics,the probability of successfully obtaining the next round of investment after obtaining the seed period investment is generally 10%.Through the statistics of many seed investment incubators,the seed investment incubator incubates and screens out the entrepreneurs,which is 30%.
