Research On The Status Quo And Influencing Factors Of Entrepreneurial Farmers' Incubation

Since the reform and opening up,industrial clusters have become a powerful driving force for the development of China's regional economy.Industrial clusters have attracted both entrepreneurial talents and entrepreneurial talents.At the same time,farmers' entrepreneurial innovation is an important part of China's mass entrepreneurship and overall innovation strategy.The relevant departments of the central and local governments have continuously increased their support for entrepreneurial farmers.In 2019,the No.1 Document of the Central Government clearly proposed to strengthen the construction of an innovation and entrepreneurship incubation platform.Therefore,an in-depth analysis of the incubation of rural entrepreneurial talents in the context of industrial clusters is of great significance to promoting the growth of rural entrepreneurial talents and promoting regional economic development.As the largest sock production base in the world,Zhuji Datang Town,Zhejiang Province,involves more than 20,000 market players and employs more than 80,000 people.It has formed Datang Town as the center,involving more than ten towns and hundreds of villages.The industrial cluster of hosiery industry has a certain representativeness in China's industrial clusters.Based on the theory of industrial clusters and the theory of talent incubation,this paper studies and analyzes the basic needs and key influencing factors of entrepreneurial farmers' incubation in the context of the industrial cluster of Datang Socks.Provide reference for relevant departments to formulate entrepreneurial farmer incubation policies.The main research processes and conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the combing analysis of relevant literatures and theories,the concept of industrial clusters and entrepreneurial farmers is defined.Through the study of the factors affecting the incubation of entrepreneurial farmers in the cluster,three main factors related to clusters are summarized,namely,entrepreneurial incubation entities and entrepreneurship.The incubation environment and the entrepreneurial incubation network,and the corresponding research hypothesis based on relevant research.(2)Through the research on the development status of Datang industrial cluster and the process of peasant entrepreneurship,the characteristics of Datang Socks industry are summarized.Through the typical investigation of the socks industry,the current problems of farmers' entrepreneurship are summarized.Through the analysis of the survey data,the main characteristics of the currententrepreneurial population and the evaluation of various factors in the industrial cluster by entrepreneurs within the cluster are found.(3)Through multivariate regression analysis,it is found that the cluster incubation entity and the entrepreneurial incubation network have a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial incubation.The cluster incubation environment has a negative impact on the growth of entrepreneurial individuals and has a positive impact on corporate development.In addition,the entrepreneurial experience of entrepreneurs has a positive impact on entrepreneurial incubation,and the degree of education has a positive impact on individual growth.Finally,some thoughts on the limitations of the research process have been put forward,laying the foundation for further research in the future.
