Research On The Promotion Mechanism Of Entrepreneurial Performance Of Incubating Enterprises By The Incubation Carrier Of Double Innovation

With the deepening of the innovation and entrepreneurship strategy,a number of innovation incubation carriers emerged in the market with the basic characteristics of publicity and win-win.These dual innovation carriers have attracted widespread attention from scholars and entrepreneurs.Start-ups usually face problems such as resource shortages,high market entry barriers,and weak competitiveness.After entering the incubation carrier,they can effectively alleviate the market crisis they face.The Shuangchuang incubation carrier can provide them with management,technical,and financial support to reduce Their failure rate promotes their growth and development.The study found that a complete incubation network can improve the performance of the incubated enterprises,and the control of the incubation vehicle and the innovation orientation of the incubation vehicle will help the incubation enterprise's long-term development.Therefore,the establishment of a perfect incubation carrier promotion mechanism has important strategic significance for reducing the failure rate of enterprises and improving their performance.This article takes the incubation carrier promotion mechanism as the research goal,and in-depth explores the influence mechanism of the incubation network on the entrepreneurial performance of the incubated enterprises.In view of the fact that incubated companies are not only affected by the tangible contracts,systems,and measures of the incubation carrier,that is,the control of the incubation carrier,but also by the invisible organizational atmosphere of the incubation carrier,that is,innovation-oriented,this article discusses the incubation network from the perspective of social networks.The relationship between incubation carrier control,innovation orientation of incubation carriers and entrepreneurial performance of incubated enterprises,a dual intermediary model of "incubation network-control,innovation orientation-performance" was constructed.Based on the analysis of the literature and interview results,this paper proposes five theoretical hypotheses,and through empirical analysis of 152 incubator survey data,validates the hypothesis that the incubation network has a significant positive impact on the entrepreneurial performance of incubators;The incubation vector control and the innovation direction of the incubation vector play a part of the mediating role,and a dual-incubation incubation vector promotion mechanism model is constructed.Finally,based on the results of interviews and data analysis,combined with management practices,this article provides corresponding management countermeasures for how to improve the performance of incubated enterprises.
