Research On Planning And Design Of Science And Technology Parks Adapting To The Needs Of Emerging Industry Development

The specific area set up by the Science and Technology Park for the purpose of developing high-tech is based on intellectual intensive,technology-intensive and open environment,relying on science and technology and economic strength,absorbing and learning from foreign advanced scientific and technological resources,capital and management means,through the implementation of taxation and loans.The preferential policies and various reform measures to achieve local optimization of the soft and hard environment,and to maximize the scientific and technological achievements into practical productivity,and promote the comprehensive integration of scientific research,education and production.With the rise and development of emerging industries,new and continuous demands have been put forward for the construction of modern science and technology parks.Although China's science and technology parks have made remarkable achievements,the development of most science parks is still in the stage of extensive development.In order to meet the needs of the development of emerging industries,the paper addresses the issues of industry selection,site selection,spatial form,and green construction in China's science and technology parks.By elaborating the background,object and category,purpose,method,content and technical route of the research,it adopts multi-disciplinary cross-cutting,qualitative and quantitative analysis,as well as typical case analysis,etc.The research methods include the related theories and practices at home and abroad,the development of science and technology parks,the composition of emerging industries,and the development trend.The theoretical design method of science and technology parks for the development of emerging industries---the new thinking of planning and design of science and Technology Parks suitable for the development needs of new industries,and the early stage of considering tailor-made industrial forms and adapting measures to local conditions under the new trends.Planning and design methods include four aspects:planning,multi-dimensional and complex spatial form,and the concept of keeping pace with the times.This paper takes Situ Modern Industrial Park in Sixian County of Anhui Province as an example for analysis and demonstration,providing reference for the planning and design of similar science and technology parks.The planning and design of science and technology parks is a forward-looking,dynamic and systematic process.The demand of science and technology parks is constantly changing in different periods and different stages of economic development.Therefore,In order to consolidate and improve the rationality of high-tech park planning,we must proceed from reality,constantly sum up construction experience,constantly update and improve planning and design methods.
