| In the background of “Internet plus”,the service industry has been gradually affected by the information technology in the developing process,which is more and more applied in people’s daily life.Meanwhile,people’s requirements for better service has been significantly improved,which welcomes more new dynamic demand,and tend to be more intellectualized and informationalized.With the rapid development of the domestic real estate market,the property management industry has stepped into a stage of rapid development.Both of the scale and number of employee have been improved significantly,as well as the status of domestic property management.After more than 30 years of development,the domestic property management has become more and more important in people’s daily life.The rapid development of internet technology has not only transformed the way how people think,but also provided people with imperative information,which successfully builds a massive market characterized by both “on-line service” and “off-line service.With the combination of internet and property management,people are able to have more quality life by fully experiencing the simplicity and convenience of the new lifestyle,easily making choices and tracing details in life,which enormously encourages them to participate freely and independently in the common discussion among the community.Therefore,this article has relatively practical significance and economic value due to its aim to improve and enhance the service level of the domestic property management by exploring the internet technology.This paper analyzes the many issues in the property management industry,such as the single profit mode,high operating cost,the mismatch between the content of the property management service and the needs of the owners,which leads to the slow development of the property management industry.The paper also proposes that the "Internet plus" has received a clear support at the national level,and the local governments have also introduced the corresponding policies and support.The use of Internet information technology is a new idea for the development of domestic property service enterprises and the solution of traditional management problems.In the first three chapters,the paper briefly introduces the current research status of the domestic and foreign property management from the nation’s perspective and experts’ perspective,indicates the inadequacies in three roles——the property management service companies,the owners and the government based on the investigation and analysis of the property management of some residential districts in Hubei Province,by using the method of mathematical statistics analysis to select,analyze and summarize the collected data.The fourth chapter analyzes the development background and the trend of domestic property management industry driven by the "Internet plus".Based on the analysis of the vale and demand,the fifth chapter puts forward the idea of building the “Internet plus property management" service model,which can greatly reduce the cost of property service enterprise,improve the service level and the value,promote the property service enterprise to obtain more profitability,and crack the many problems caused by the traditional property management service.In addition,with sustainable development,benefit equilibrium and market orientation as the basic guiding principle,the fifth chapter proposes to build the model of the "Internet plus property management".And on the basis of analysis of design and profit model of the "Internet plus property management",the fifth chapter puts forward the implementation path to the research content from seven aspects such as multi-agent participation,omni-directional service and enhanced modular innovation management,etc. |
