Study Of Governance Strategies For Illegal Construction In Xuzhou

The problem of illegal construction is becoming more and more prominent in today's larger and larger cities.Illegal construction not only has a great impact on urban public security,but also easily causes market disorder.If this problem is not solved,it will seriously restrict urban and rural economic development,undermine social equity and create a bad social atmosphere.This article uses the governance theory,the community management theory and the illegal cost theory,from the illegal construction basic concept to the foreign illegal construction governance countermeasure,in the comprehensive analysis xuzhou city illegal construction present situation,the governance effect and the existence question foundation,has pointed proposed the illegal construction governance countermeasure.In the process of discussing the countermeasures and Suggestions of the construction of illegal construction,combined with the author's own work experience,focusing on the problems and difficulties in the governance practice of illegal construction,to ensure targeted countermeasures and suggestions.And draw lessons from the effective experience at home and abroad,put forward their own countermeasures and Suggestions from rationalizing the management system,improving the governance mechanism,increasing publicity and guidance,and improving the cost of breaking the law.In terms of rationalizing the management system,this paper puts forward three Suggestions: rationalizing the governance system with the government as the main body,rationalizing the urban management law enforcement system and establishing the community management system.In terms of improving the governance mechanism,the author puts forward the views of establishing long-term effective management mechanism,establishing comprehensive inspection and diversified investigation mechanism,establishing multi-department joint law enforcement mechanism,and establishing social supervision and rewarding reporting mechanism.In addition,it is also proposed that the propaganda and guidance should be strengthened to increase the cost of breaking the law,so as to improve administrative efficiency.
