| With the swift advancement of information technology,human resource management within enterprises has also undergone a gradual transition towards greater sophistication and intelligence,particularly with regards to the identification and recommendation of talent.However,as data dimensions and overall volume of data continue to expand and accumulate,reliance solely on manual and rudimentary management tools is no longer adequate to achieve a precise alignment of human resources with post requirements,and hence,it has become urgent to construct an intelligent analytical system founded upon historical human resource data.This thesis is precisely under the problem,based on the human resources data of the joint enterprise for many years,with the help of employee portrait data,through analysis to portray the post characteristics and measure the matching degree of people and posts,and finally provide matching recommendation scheme for post talent selection.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)Construction of post demand model: with the goal of post personnel screening,the post demand model with explicit constraints is constructed to provide the basis for man-post matching measurement.(2)Post portrait: On top of the employee portrait,the basic attribute characteristics and ability characteristics are painted respectively,and the portraits are constructed from different dimensions according to different portrait mode configurations and displayed by visualization to provide support for optimizing the post requirement model.(3)Person-post matching degree measurement model: According to the employee portrait and post portrait,the performance level is used as the entry point to calculate the comprehensive matching degree of posts and employees from multiple dimensions such as ability matching degree,rewards and punishments plus,professional matching degree,etc.through regression model,semantic similarity and other methods to provide a basis for person-post matching.(4)Person-post matching: according to the personalized filtering conditions of post allocation,calculate the comprehensive person-post matching degree,and realize single post matching with constraints and multi-post combination matching according to strategies;in single post matching,make matching according to the ranking of person-post matching degree;in multi-post combination matching,construct a calculation model according to the configured strategies to calculate the comprehensive allocation scheme.The person-post matching system designed and implemented by this thesis effectively helps enterprises grasp post characteristics and improve the efficiency of human resource management while ensuring the scientific and rational nature of post talent selection,which provides strong support for the long-term development of enterprises. |
