The Impact Of Loss-Bearing Mode On Fresh Agricultural Products Supply Chain Operation

Fresh agricultural products are the necessities of people's life.With the improvement of life quality,people have higher requirements on the quantity and quality of fresh agricultural products.Based on the characteristics of perishable products,loss bearing mode is taken as one of the entry points of management mode reform.This paper considers the random output and value loss of fresh products,and studies the impact of the loss bearing mode on members' decision-making behavior and supply chain operation respectively under the self-logistics and logistics outsourcing modes.Under the logistics self-supporting respectively by retailers and manufacturers bear the loss of profit model is set up,on this basis,considering specialized TPL,establish manufacturers dominate the three sequential non-cooperative game model when retailer,producer,producer and TPL share loss,and prove the uniqueness of the Nash equilibrium under two kinds of patterns,and centralized decision-making for benchmarking,comparing and analyzing the results of different ways.The specific conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The plan satisfaction rate is equal under different decision-making mode and different loss bearing mode.(2)In the logistics self-management mode and logistics outsourcing mode,the inventory factor under the centralized decision-making is greater than the inventory factor under the decentralized decision-making,the inventory factor when the retailer bear the loss is lower than other ways to bear the loss of the inventory factor,the service level is uncertain under RL mode and SL mode;In logistics outsourcing mode,when the system achieved in equilibrium,the service level under RL mode is greater than the SL pattern of the level of service,the service level under RL and STL model is uncertain,when producer and TPL share loss,the TPL logistics service level decision needs to be weighed in the logistics service trade-off between costs and the freshness level: if the freshness level of the elasticity of the elastic is greater than the cost of logistics service,the TPL is more sensitive for the increase of product freshness level,undertaking the loss model is better than manufacturers bear the loss alone can effectively motivate the TPL logistics service level.
