Research On Fresh Agricultural Products Storage In Consideration Of Loss Control And Optimization Of Supply Chain

China is a big agricultural country with low output value and serious loss of agricultural products,which has severely affected and restricted the development of the rural economy.For a long time,the traditional farmers' markets have been the main channel of agricultural products sales,and in recent years,supermarkets have gradually become main channels for agricultural products sales in large and medium-sized cities. But these two marketing methods as well as their corresponding logistics have not fundamentally changed the serious loss of agricultural products, causing a lot of waste and considerate impact on people's life and the environment. Taking the logistics process of agricultural products in farmers'markets and supermarkets as research object, and basing on loss control of agricultural products, this paper constructs the appropriate models, adopts the reasonable algorithm and proposes strategy of fresh agricultural product storage and optimization method of supply chains. The following is the structure of the paper.1. Presentation of the study object and content aiming at the serious problem of the fresh agricultural product loss in China.. With analysis of fresh agricultural products'produce-harvest process,I put forward the produce-gather-circulate model,and do the literature review of fresh agricultural product loss.2. On the basis of news vendor model, I present the Dynamic Iterative Algorithm and do some research of retailers order model that consider loss and retailers order model that simulate retailers'decision in reality.With consideration that the attrition rates of fresh agricultural products change over time,the attrition rate is divided into fixed attrition rate and changing-over-time attrition rate.Optimal storage strategies for manufacturers, distributors and retailers are researched under the changing-over-time attrition rate.Through analysis of each parameter in the attrition rate function and various parameters' effect on the total cost function, the study of influence of the compensation strategy for manufacturers,distributors and retailors'profit is carried out.The simulation calculation and the results analysis are proceeded.Determination of fresh agricultural product supply chain network. The fuzzy TOPSIS method is used to evaluate supply chain network in routes' length,upload-download frequency and time-consumption to choose the optimal fresh agricultural product supply chain network.There are problems of decision-making order in compression phase of the cost sharing in advance and supply chain's order lead time in this study. Suppliers-determine-lead-time or retailers-determine-order-quantity mode is established under the Stackelberg game case. The best proportion of suppliers and retailers'sharing the cost is put forward to optimize the total benefits of the supply chain.5. Through research of option contract and its application in fresh agricultural products, organic harmony of option mechanism, flexible amount strategy, rapid response strategy are proposed to enhance the expected profit of retailers and manufacturers and it is easy to achieve supply chain coordination. The centralized-control-supply-chain mode is established under the restriction of the contract of revenue sharing and risk-sharing to achieve maximum profit in the whole supply chain.6. A research of outer environment of fresh agricultural product supply chain network and other issues.First, based on the situation that fresh agricultural products are easy to deplete and devalue in the sales process, the short-term dynamic sales price mechanism is proposed. Upon analysis of the corresponding dynamic sales price, sales strategies of the retailer and the supplier as well as the expected sales amount are put forward. Secondly, with investigation into production technology development, government policy and social ideology, it is proposed that all levels of the society should attach importance to the fresh agricultural product loss and take co-responding measures.Finally the paper offers some summary and outlook, and puts forward the innovative points and research direction in the future.
