Cost Measurement Of Citizenization Of Agricultural Migrating Population In Ningbo

This paper takes the cost of citizenization of agricultural population from rural areas to Ningbo as the object of research,looks into the quantities of agricultural population in different periods of Ningbo and the main factors that contribute to the cost of citizenization of agricultural population.Through the model of citizenization finance demand,it can achieve relationship between finance demand of citizenization from government and the quantities of the agricultural population and the main factors affecting the citizen in detail and finally give out a formula,and using this formula we can predict the finance demand of the cost of citizenization of agricultural population from rural areas in Ningbo from 2018 to 2025.This paper focuses on the following aspects: the status quo of the citizenization of agricultural population in Ningbo,the general situation of public finance,the population size of each period,the main factors that contribute to cost of agricultural population,and the model of the cost of citizenization of agricultural population and prediction of finance demand in years.Finally it puts forward some policy recommendations to promote the local bueau of finance of Ningbo to support the migration of agricultural population.Besides,gray model and linear regression are used in the prediction of population size and realized by matlab.In determining the basic insurance cost,it gets the annual government need to arrange the financial expenditure,according to the insurance algorithm published by the government of Ningbo strictly.The main value of this paper is mainly reflected in the analysis process and cost model.By following the optimization of model assumptions and parameters,we can more accurately predict the finance demand needed for the citizenization of agricultural population in Ningbo.
