The development of manufacturing industry has a major impact on China's economy,and home appliance manufacturing is an important part of manufacturing.Studying the development of home appliance manufacturing enterprises is of great significance to maintaining the steady and healthy growth of China's economy.Nowadays,with the continuous development of China's economy,the competition among various enterprises in the household appliance industry is becoming more and more fierce.In order to identify the unfavorable factors that limit their own development and maintain competitive advantage,the role of corporate performance evaluation becomes more and more important.There are many performance evaluation methods at present,and different enterprises have different performance evaluation systems,but they can all be classified into two types: financial evaluation and non-financial evaluation.Financial evaluation reflects changes in the ability levels of enterprises through changes in financial indicators.There are many types of non-financial evaluations,and subjectivity is strong.This text mainly uses factor analysis to measure the performance level of enterprises.Factor analysis has many advantages compared with traditional enterprise performance evaluation methods.It not only simplifies the number of variables,but also ranks according to the factor score model,which makes the comparability between enterprises stronger.This text firstly screens the financial indicators representing the company's debt repayment,business,profitability and development ability according to the financial statements of 24 industries,and then uses factor analysis to rank each ability according to the ranking of Jiuyang in the same industry.To reflect the various levels of competence of the enterprise,and then carry out a vertical comparison to analyze the changing trends of the company's own capabilities.Comprehensively evaluate the performance level of the company through horizontal and vertical comparisons.The research results of this text show that Jiuyang's ability to generate cash flow through operating income is continuously reduced,and the company's own profitability and development ability is poor.After longitudinal analysis,it is found that the reason is that the profit growth of various businesses is slowing down,the main products The profit margin is declining and the company is spending too much during the period.Finally,suggestions for reducing management and sales expenses,developing new products,and maintaining appropriate cash flow are proposed for these problems.
